I had a great experience at Pollo Campero in Frederick. My online order was ready in no time, and the restaurant was spotless—including the bathrooms. The older gentleman who helped me was incredibly polite and made me feel right at home. Excellent service and delicious food—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had the best experience today at pollo campero, Katherine and Uriel the manager I believe really set the tone for my up coming visits. They were kind, understanding and most of all my food came out in no time. They seemed a little busy but I still got my food in no time! 5 stars from my part will be coming back will for sure!!

I came in at 8:30pm it was My first time trying you guys food here at campero and I was impressed. The service was great. The manager on duty “uri” took my order. He took the time to explain to me what comes on what combo and recommended what he thought we’d like. We ended up going with half fried and half roasted which I didn’t even know they offered. I was pleased with everything. The mango drink btw was to die for I dined in & tried to leave mess but I was with my son & i apologized to uri for leaving it to clean & he was very understanding ! 10/10 !

I didn’t know they had Spanish chicken on 40, I usually go to Popeyes but i really like the chicken I got a 3 piece with rice and a Jamaica to drink. I didn’t know what it was at first but the gentlemen gladly explained to Brit was just hibiscus. Next time I come I’ll have to try the empanadas which he recommended

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the service my family and I received at your establishment on Saturday, February 21.
We arrived at approximately 8:04 p.m. to have dinner together. Upon entering, we seated our children and proceeded to place our order. About ten minutes later, a staff member named Uriel brought our food to the table packaged to go. The manner in which this was done felt abrupt and discourteous. Additionally, no plates were provided.
When my brother-in-law approached him to request plates, he was informed that the restaurant was no longer serving at that time. However, this was never communicated to us when we entered the establishment, nor when staff observed us seating our children and placing our order.
We found the interaction to be unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service courtesy. As visitors to the area, we were disappointed by this experience, as we did not expect to be treated in such a manner. We ultimately left the establishment at approximately 8:40 p.m.

Amazing experience at Pollo Campero! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the customer service. Because of a disability, the manager went out of their way to help me with my order and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. I truly appreciated the patience and kindness. I will definitely be coming back again!

I called and asked for the Memorial day bundle 50pc special and asked if it could be made as soon as possible due to my travel schedule and with kindness and professionalism they agreed to make the order as soon as possible and I saw how they made it and focused on the order. Thank you. I’ll definitely stop by again. The Guatemalan Pollo Campero is delicious with a very unique flavor that will have you asking for it again. Sort of how in-and-out burgers are, the burgers have a distinct taste that makes it so good and popular. Pollo Campero is similar. Unique great taste and few locations in the United States. Guatemala is doing great bringing this restaurant here.

I often enjoy coming to this pollo campero when visiting family in MD. I’ve never had any issues with the staff. However, today I am not sure why my fiancé and I were treated differently. When we tried to go through the driver thru we were told that there was a system error and we would need to go inside, which we did. In waiting for our food, we saw two cars go through the drive thru with no issues, and orders were being taken. When I went to discuss it with the staff, food was left in the counter and Jose retrieved to the kitchen seemingly to avoid me. I felt very uncomfortable and targeted. Definitely would not be spending my money here again if this is how they are treating customers.
