I’m a frequent customer of Pollo Campero, and several times now they’ve given me half-eaten, cold fries. I’ve always let it go and never complained, but today I bought six pieces of chicken and two orders of fries, and they were empty. In my opinion, it’s not fair because I’m paying for a service and they’re not providing it completely.

Something changed, the flan used to be firm, now it is like a cream and no caramel, the crust don’t stick to the chicken, I asked for utensils and they don’t send them, also missing napkins and sauces , there is a problem with their quality control, at least the plantains still the same, those are great.
