The chicken was so good and very delicious. The place is very well taken care of, both the inside and the outside. The music is at a perfect level and you can easily have a good meal there. I liked how fast and welcoming both Alexa and Maria were with me and my family! I will be coming back soon!

What can I say? Great chicken! They’ve got their recipe dialed-in! Plantains were delish and add some cole slaw, wow!! Atmosphere is typical fast food but the place was clean. Service was very nice and on the top end for fast food. It’s definitely a place is go back to. It was quiet when I went but I imagine it gets packed during the lunch rush. It’s just as good as it was in Guatemala.

My first experience at this chicken restaurant was thoroughly disappointing. I found uncooked meat with blood in my chicken, which is both unappetizing and potentially unsafe.
The service was equally problematic. Despite ordering takeout, they failed to provide basic utensils like spoons and knives with my order. When I received my food, the server gave me an unfriendly look rather than ensuring my order was complete.
For a restaurant specializing in chicken, properly cooked food and basic service essentials should be standard. Unfortunately, they fell short on both food quality and customer service. I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience.

Service is top notch. The gave me a real fork, a real knife, a real plate, and then, brought it to my table. I wasn’t expecting all that from a fast food place. Then the chicken and the yucca was exceptionally good. This place was awesome for any price but for what they charge, they’re definitely the best out here

My first time trying Pollo Campero, I went to the drive-thru. They had great customer service! The chicken had so much flavor and was super crispy. The beans and rice had a lot of flavor too. I recommend this place for and rate it a 10/10

The spicy chicken burger was good. The mac and cheese was good. The green sauce from here was not that great it was not spicy . The red sauce was ok. The mango drink is a little bit too sweet, but ok, you can add water to make it less sweet. I appreciate the service here.

We came to this location to redeem a coupon with the expectation of receiving four mixed pieces. We were informed once we were in the drive-thru that only legs and thighs were available for this coupon per management policy, yet there is no such restriction stated on the coupon. This discrepancy is misleading and could be considered false advertising. To rectify this, we would appreciate either honoring the coupon as printed or issuing an updated coupon clearly stating any restrictions. Clear communication builds trust and ensures customers feel valued.
And they have a tendency for you to wait in the parking lot for your drive-thru order. We have never been to this location and actually received our food at the drive-thru window.
