I had never been here before so I didn’t know what to expect but it was across the street from the hospital so I tried it. I must say I was most pleasantly surprised. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and the fried plantains. The sandwich was really good, chicken was plump and fresh (much better than Wendy’s) and not overly spicy. The fried plantains were absolutely delicious, not hard from being over stale or mushy from being overcooked. Just perfect. I would highly recommend it. Their empanadas were on point too and only 2 for $2.

Placed an order with this place through a food delivery service. Restaurant calls me about an hour later to tell me that they (incompetently) gave my order to someone else. After continually putting me on the phone with numerous people-all of whom could barely speak English-they then flippantly tell me there’s nothing they can do to rectify the situation. They were unwilling to either issue a refund or make me another order and basically said I would have to take it up with the delivery service. Problem still is not resolved after several angry calls because the status of the order says: delivered. The only problem is it wasn’t delivered to MY HOUSE!! Never again. Total incompetency and abysmal customer service. Would give no stars if I had the option.

I order from this place all the time for my clients and they had a free survey give away for the chicken. I did the survey and picked up the chicken. I didn’t know this place was more of a fast food chicken spot like KFC or Popeye’s. Of course there was no seating inside just takeout. It was very clean in there as well. I gave the cashier my survey coupon and they got my chicken but the when I got to the car the roll was missing. I didn’t bother to go back in to get it, besides it was free anyway. My clients rave about the chicken so I am looking forward to trying it on my cheat day. All the other food I tried like rice and yucca fries are good.

Ordered grilled chicken to be told they only have fried. No napkins or forks in the bag. It’s hard to eat coleslaw without a fork.

The food is always good as expected ,however the atmosphere was not what you expect on a restaurant. A worker from Campero approach us while we were all eating asking us to fill out a survey , and ask for the use of our phones. It was a really bad experience eating while she was standing there keep pushing for the survey.
