Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday while we were out running errands. The service was slow, dismissive and lacking. Almost walked out after 10 minutes without seeing the server to take drink orders. The prices were very high on the lunch menu. The food took forever to come out. 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich, 2 teas and a Mr. Pibb came out to $43. Crazy. The burgers were undercooked -ordered well done. The chicken was overcooked, black in some parts. The chicken was super salty, the rice was gummy, the fries were cold and soft. This place was just horrible. The bathrooms had no paper towels and the trash was overflowing. For being 1 hour after opening- that is ridiculous. We will never come back to this location.

The lobster ravioli was amazing! This little Italian place was a neat find. We arrived around 415 and walked right in the door to be seated. Within 20 minutes there was a line 50 foot long outside the front door. This restaurant is surrounded by Christmas town USA.

I ordered the bone in cowboy pork chop. They gave me 3 pork chops with no bone in. They should have come back to me and explained they did not have the Cowboy bone in, so I could decide if I wanted it, not them. Did they think I was not going to notice. The other plate, which was a steak, was extremely spicy. All dishes were very salty.

Come here once a week, and usually dine with the wonderful server TAYLOR. We decided to dine in for lunch today… never again. Crystal was not only rude when taking our order but never came back to the table after for refills, table touches, etc. We had to discuss our issues with other servers and managers. There were blonde hairs in the steak and after speaking with a manager it got remade. Asked Crystal for a box, which she never bought. So the manager proceeded to get them for us along with the check. Once the card was down, our server finally reappeared. Her comment to us was “I hope you have a better day, my other table apologized for your rudeness” and yes, at this point in the dining experience not only are we irritable due to these issues but also still hungry after waiting for the meal to return.
