If you aren’t open during prime time delivery how do you expect to make money? There isn’t anything special about any holiday when you are in food service. People eat every day. Customers expect deliveries. You might think taking off on holidays is a flex by the owner but it is the opposite when everyone else also has off.

Stopped in at the Rothschild location for a slice always had great pizza from the lacrosse location ordered a large at 710 pm server said twenty minutes 40 minutes passed when my wife approached the counter and asked about the status it was just sitting there for 20 minutes the five staff members seemed to be more worried about closing the store than to let us know our pizza was ready I asked for a refund and was told that’s not how it works and if I don’t like it don’t eat here I asked for a number to complain that was not provided I went to the main website and let them know about the incident as well Sam Polito responded by email only asking what location and no resolution the company lost many sales based on this transaction alone and the lack of response from what I believe is the owner I’ll certainly find a new place to get a slice and I’ll make sure to suggest others follow suit

Great pizza as always anytime I’ve had Politos. Servers there were helpful with questions I had and made me a custom personal pizza really fast. I marked down atmosphere because we ate in and had kids with us and all the seating is by windows that are right in front of the windows so in our experience, it was night and every time anyone drove in and parked we got blinded and when the kids were done eating, there wasn’t much stuff there to keep them entertained. There were a few toy vending machines in the corner, but most of them take your quarters and don’t work. Normally, people come in and take pizza out right away, so the biggest take away is that the pizza is great and priced well and the service is good.

Ordered 8 pizzas for our hockey team to enjoy after their game on the way home. Called ahead and talked with them about the order and they had no problem with the order. I arrived a little early to pick up the pizza and the order was just getting finished. They were very friendly and asked how our team was doing. They helped carry the pizza out which was great too! Service and staff was amazing! The boys loved the pizza too!!
