So I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza at 6:20, at 8:20 I received my pizza, it is now 8:30 and I am writing this review because it’s crazy 2 full hours for pizza. I wish when I called I was told that it would take 2 hours to get 2 large pizzas, had I been told it was going to take 2 hours I would have gotten pizza from somewhere else. Not to mention the pizza is cold, if you order food and have to put it in the microwave to eat it, that’s crazy, we should have gotten DiGiorno. I called and asked for a discount because again 2 hours for pizza and it’s cold, I was told they can come pick it up and give a refund, but not discount. So instead of just giving the discount you’d rather give a whole refund when I was just asking for something back! Next time I’ll let them pick it up and leave the pizza on the porch. Actually there won’t be a next time for me, because this was garbage!

Friday, January 30 I ordered from this establishment and Jennifer took my order, she asked for my number, then address, I gave her the address SAYING 5-1-3. GAVE her court and as usual it popped up way and she says, “way”? I said that was fine. Fast forward, 1hr and 15 min, 50$ later with $10 tip, I picked up my phone to call to see the delay and my phone rings. When I answer it was the resident the delivery driver delivered our food too. COME TO FIND IRONICALLY they too had ordered pizza from someplace else but the kid didn’t realize it want theirs until he looked and the driver left.
I called, the girl that took my order answered. When I started to explain, she immediately put me on hold because she probably knew there was going to be a problem and got the manager. When I spoke with the manager, and I explain what the problem was she very angrily continued to cut me off and not let me speak or explain. Very nastily, cutting me off, said there WAS a miscommunication.. (now yelling) YOU’RE NOT GETTING MONEY BACK! I WAS STANDING RIGHT HERE WHEN SHE TOOK THE ORDER. Her resolution was to remake the order and pick this one up. Uuuhh no…not only are you going waste company money by remaking the order but the delivery drivers gas that you are not going to compensate him for. Plus you are not tainting my food. (It happens) After not being able to speak, I hung up.
Talk about disrespectful, not taking responsibility for their actions Because had she been listening? She would’ve heard the only thing that I correct it was the court and the way. My daughter was sitting here as well listening. Here’s the kicker.. thank god for honest people because the person it was delivered to called and asked if it was ours, I said yes and the kid walked it over. Now by the time it got to us everything tasted like it was pulled from the refrigerator and sat on the counter. I had to heat it up.
Dear OWNER of Paladino, 1. Get a new manager that knows how to handle conflict resolution 2. Have some customer service training and teach everyone how to take an order and repeat it back. Because they sure enough heard my credit card number.. JS! 3. Teach THEM conflict resolution instead of passing to manager. And 4. Make sure your delivery driver confirms their identity and the people ordered that food before handing it off to someone else’s hands.
ITS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE MATTER. You just lost a customer and possibly more. Think about THAT domino effect.

It was great. Had Pepperoni n Cheese with a side of RANCH. Also had some mozzarella stick that had a great cheese pull. I usually dont sit down in here because of some people that come in but it was okay.

Horrible! Delivered my pizza 1 and a 1/2 hours late and it was ice cold! I called and informed them and their response was if our 5 hungry kids haven’t eaten a slice they can send another out one in 15 minutes after already waiting the hour and a half. Wow, shockingly they actually want the cold pie back Horrible customer service! We will microwave the cold pie and NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! Don’t waste your time ordering this DRY, COLD, JUNK!

Got the sensalia extra cheese pizza and extra cheese beef pepperoni with a side of 20 piece buffalo wings and coco cola. Pizza was delicious but the wings were okay.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They gave me the wrong food and refused to fix it. Don’t waste your money here the service is terrible and the food isn’t much better. Ordered a hot turkey platter but got the sub.. they staple the bag shut too so unless you open it and check it in the store you won’t know till you get home.

Placed an order on Friday night and orders a simple pizza at 10:25ish pm.
Asked to be there 15min which is fine. I was just lost due to wrong location. I got there at 10:50pm and the business was closed. Which the workers were at the door already about to leave. Which the store business closes at 11pm. Don’t understand why say you guys close at 11pm if these workers are rushed to leave before the closing time.
