We ordered a take out order from here and it is abundantly clear to not do that. The bag was drenched in sauce. My fiancé went in to pay for the order and the person he was greeted with was very rude and got in his face because he accidentally pulled out the wrong card. I am pregnant and my meal was the chicken parm and it was ice cold and about made me puke. My fiancés meal was the gnocci and we also ordered for a friend, the spaghetti. All 3 meals were ice cold and our friend took one bite and said it was so bad he threw it out. The bread was ice cold. Mind you we live 5 minutes down the road. My fiancé then calls and they blame it on him “it was the way you carried it.” I’m sorry but that would not change the fact it was ice cold. NEVER coming back to this place! Completely shocked by this experience!

A great Italian restaurant off the beaten path. Good food and large portions. You can’t beat the service either. They have a great specials. They had six specials I got the tomahawk pork chop. It was so tender juicy and a very thick cut! Melt in your mouth! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Visited this restaurant for my bday celebration. It couldn’t be better. Their homemade Italian cuisine is superb. Loved every single dish. My only disappointment was that they only had vanilla ice cream for dessert. I was expecting something better for this type of celebration. Other than that, they deserve 5 stars. Ah, and their staff is very friendly.

First time there for all 6 people. Small portion of lasagna, frozen ravioli, homemade gnocchi tasted dough, steak decent, orange rough okay, toss salad, large pieces of onion and couple small beets, no cubes or tomatoes, bread yummy and fresh. Definitely needed updated both inside and outside. Seems like locals are customers. Wish them well, but wont be returning. Parking lot away from restaurant

I’ve been visiting Polinoris since I could eat solid food. The only thing I’ve ever ordered is the strip steak and spaghetti dinner and it never disappoints. This place is a family staple and I will gladly drive from Cleveland to eat here!

This establishment was a business partner recommendation. LOVED it. My impression was old school italian family with great grandmas recipes. Not fancy. Not fussy, but excellent. Perfect portions. My photo, was the end of the chicken parm and spaghetti. Eccellente.
