This is the worst food I’ve ever had, I should’ve picked Taco Bell. The chile Relleno had almost no cheese and there was no breading. It was literally a pepper with pico de gallo with ALOT OF LETTUCE. 0/10 never again.

For someone who orders from this place sadly way too much because I work from home so I’m always ordering food so on my break it could be here well I spend more than $30 every time or at least that amount for me to be a faithful customer The customer service is shitty. I called over five times and other times before and they don’t pick up because I just placed my order so I wanted to inform them on something about my order and they never pick up I have tried another time to call and nothing also they don’t follow anything on the notes ! This could’ve been easily avoided by just picking up the phone I try giving them the benefit of the doubt and still have order from them and it seems like they are very careless about the customer !

I have been going here for almost 2 decades and never really had much to complain about. Mostly mediocre stuff but I went late at night yesterday and was sorely disappointed. Firstly, I paid extra for extra meat and was presented with the exact same amount of meat they put on their standard carne asada fries. If that wasn’t bad enough the flavor of their food was the worst carne asada fries I have ever had. I can’t believe they have fallen this far from how they use to be. The only flavor was the oil from the fries. I have called 5 times trying ti speak to a manager and no one seems to ever answer the phone. Will never be going back again.

Always love the food and customer service. Great laid back vibe yet fast service. They have music accompanied by big screen TV. Everything is authentic so your surrounded by the heritage and culture of the southwest. The Bertos has I call them are a staple to Phoenix and Glendale Arizona.

Always delicious food and fast service. I have at least 4 other Mexican food places around me and I go here every time. Never disappoints and not to expensive. I usually get the rolled tacos, the enchiladas combo, the bean cheese burrito, carne sada and breakfast burritos… Always made great.
