This place looks like it was going to be just a quick meal to hold me over til later. When I went to the window I was a little worried. Then I got the food and opened the box. It still didn’t look that appealing. I was like what the heck. I’m hungry!
So I take a small bite of the bbq sandwich. Maaaaan when I tell you that was the best bbq sandwich I’ve ever put my mouth on! It was an explosion of flavor! The beans were ok. But the slaw was EVERYTHING!!! Dude! I can’t wait to find something to do in that area to have an opportunity to go back.
Prices were good, food was excellent, clean, location was good, and the customer service was wonderful!

The price is good and usually the bbq is too but that sauce was very hot , I don’t know why she gave me hot sauce. I will have to go buy me some sauce tomorrow from a store to eat it . The bbq by itself taste very plain ! Usually I love it but not today

This place has been here for 50 years and yet is in very clean and well kept. Mr. Allison closes for a week each year to paint the place and do maintenance. The food is good. It is know for the BBQ, hand made burgers, and wonderful milk shakes. They keep a tight rein on costs by only giving one napkin to each customer though more are available at the window.

This place has been around as long as I have and my dad used to take us when we were kids. It was a must-stop every time we visited Walnut Ridge. A favorite of ours is the Pizza Burger, Steak sandwich, BBQ, cheeseburgers, and the ice cream. The prices are very fair, food is great. It’s just a neat, nostalgic place. I hope this place never closes.

Decent food. Prices not even close to good. But my wife loves it so I’ll pay 60$ at a time to feed a family of 5 with 2 of my children that won’t even touch the meat. Really really decent BBQ. But the ice and miniature cups you pay 2.50 for are the best

Just as delicious as I have heard. Their pulled pork is amazing, I love their vinegar coleslaw. Breaded fried pickle spears delicious. Of course we had to finish off with ice cream and shakes. Everything was top-notch. A very clean and friendly atmosphere. I would have posted a picture, but the food was so delicious we all devoured it before thinking to take a photo for this review

The barbecue pork plate was adequate, but not the best. The burgers tasted like old meat. The best part was the chicken fingers. The place was dirty.. very dirty. Just take a broom and sweep all the dead bugs off the windows, walls, and tables I will not be returning.

Their coney island dog and the barbecue family pack tasted amazing and priced about half of what I was expecting to be charged! Great vinegar based BBQ sauce! Hidden gem in Arkansas that has been family owned for generations.
