I’ve had Little Caesar’s thin crust pizza before and it’s always good so I decided to order one tonight. But instead of calling it in I downloaded and used the app to place the order. Using the app is a super easy experience, and I had my order placed in just a few minutes. Then I decided on a password and was able to set up an account without needing to reenter all my information again. I also got a quoted time frame for my order to be ready. But they beat that time by a lot, and I was actually able to be back home with my order in hand, hot and ready (pun intended), with one minute to spare ahead of the original time quoted. Great job Little Caesar’s! Food was delicious, too!

The staff are amazing and super friendly but I got an extra, most bestest and it was the least, worstest I’ve ever had. There was little to no sauce on it and I think they’ve changed their recipe bc it really wasnt good. Still love the crazy bread tho.

I usually call in my order but I recently discovered the app and have been ordering that way. There is no way to customize the Italian cheese bread on the app. So last time I called and told them that I had an online order but didn’t want seasoning on the Italian cheese bread. Order went smoothly. Tonight (11/20/24) I ordered again using my app, again no way to customize the order. I tried calling the store to tell them. I called 10 times. 10! No answer. None. Not even to ask me to hold or anything. Nothing. When I got to the store to pick up my order I expressed to the lady on the speaker (manager I assume but I hope not because she was rude when I pulled up saying she couldn’t hear me and called me rude lol ok) she heard me when I was expressing how I had called 10 times with no answer because she responded with “we were busy”. Ok awesome. But you could have answered the phone and asked me to hang on a second instead of ignoring my 10 calls altogether. I understand places get busy. But there is a better way to handle all aspects of customer service including ones calling on the phone. I will probably find a different location or a whole other pizza place altogether. We just use this location because it’s convenient and close to our house but at this point I’d rather have much better customer service than convenience and closeness. I’m sorry but this isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with little Caesar’s. Tonight was the worst. If we continue to use LC it most likely won’t be this location

I use Little Caesars a bunch of times in different areas this location was lacking toppins. Got a sausage fast and ready and there was maybe 4 or 5 pieces sausage on there.

The Italian cheese bread looked & tasted like it was 2 days old. It was dry & barely had any seasonings on it. It tasted like cardboard. The pepperoni pizza wasn’t that much better, but at least my son ate it.

I love their pizza, especially Hot-n-ready pizza!!! But it seems like every time I get pizza on a regular day through the week it’s always burned, poorly cut, and the presentation isn’t at its best. The only way to get a good pizza that’s worth the money is to get it on a holiday where the pizza is fresh from it being super busy and not burnt from it sitting under the heat lamp or just sitting on a shelf for awhile waiting to be bought. When you order a pizza that they don’t have on hand, it’s always nicely presented, and well cooked! I really don’t know how to explain it but they need to do something about their Hot-n-readys. It’s sad having to ask the cashier every time that I want a non-burnt pizza.

The people are usually always nice, but the crazy bread just isn’t anywhere near as good as it use to be. I use to get it a lot but now if I want it I go to Ashland because this lil Caesar’s crazy bread is just plain bread and sauce…where’s all the seasoning?! No wonder it’s always 2 for 6. I’d be surprised if they sell any at all!

This place is horrible now. For over a year they’ve been serving undercooked pizzas. The top is burnt the bottom is raw dough. However when asking for a fully cooked pizza I’m simply told “they all come like that because of our new dough” yet somehow when I get home and throw the pizza in the oven the bottom magically crisps up! Lazy workers ruined this establishment.
