I popped in right at opening and got me the Luxe Lobster bowl with half rice and half salad. It was absolutely delicious! I switched out the ponzu sauce for the sriracha aioli and it was so good. I love a lot of sauce and Renee(I think) def hooked me up. Customer service was great and they were quick so I was able to run in and run right back out!

The large portion is definitely enough for two meals. The ingredients tasted good. The ability to customize almost everything is also a welcome option of making a good meal.

Customer service was quick and accurate.

Food is not bad.. However the staff assisting customers were absolutely rude and unprofessional. The lady working the counter rolled her eyes at us, upset that we wanted to add another bowl to our order. Not only was the customer service poor but we had purchased two drinks for $6 which were halfway empty due to the ice machine being broken, I understand equipment malfunctions but we did not pay $6 for half a drink.

I feel that Poke is still a new concept to many of us and if you haven’t had the chance to indulge yet, check out these guys. We heard that these guys where the original poke burrito creators. They created a video of a poke burrito that went viral and Durham has NC’s very first location! Yesterday we checked them out and where highly impressed! They have these amazing kale noodles that leave you feeling so full yet they are super healthy. We also grabbed an Hawaiian Classic Poke Burrito which was jam packed with Ahi Tuna! Everything was so fresh and tasty. Are you vegan, vegetarian, gluten free… they have options for you here! Their “build your own” option gives you 100s of combinations you can put together. Lastly – these guys have a dining room that is open and they are on all of the major delivery apps!

*Tip- For you raw seafood lovers check out the Hawaiian Ahi and Spicy Ahi. They are both crowd pleasers. Don’t care for raw? Check out the Ginger Chicken with Kale noodle … it’s so amazing!

Pokeworks is my favorite spot for poke in the Triangle. I build my own bowl with their fresh salmon. I love that you can get so many toppings. Plus their Hawaiian salt and chili dressing option is the best. The staff has also been really kind. 10/10 recommend!

Food is usually great but this is the worst customer service ever. It’s not worth going there anymore. My pick up order was wrong, I had to be to the store in less than 10 minutes to get my food fixed if I wanted that. To get a refund you have to go through a customer service online which takes a while. Do not go here, save yourself money and the displeasure of their customer service and go to another poke places.

Poke burrito was not fresh – couldn’t even bite through the seaweed. Person making the burrito put browned lettuce on and I didn’t ask for lettuce in the first place. Huli huli chicken was a strange texture and did not taste good. Person who made the order was wearing gloves but then proceeded to ring us up with the gloves on and went back to making food with the same gloves on!

The food is very good, the service is very fast, but several occasions have already passed is that things are added to the order, they are paid for them and they do not come. the last order u The last one was today that I ordered one of the new dishes and this wine without the extra avocado I ordered.

First time customer. Told the worker that I couldn’t have anything spicy, specifically selected non-spicy versions of ingredients, and yet the bowl was spicy and burned my mouth.

Aside from that, it’s just not very tasty. It’s fine but not good and not something I’d ever come back for. Didn’t seem fresh at all.
