I ordered delivery from this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I got the make-your-own poke bowl. All the items in the bowl tasted fresh and the portion size was very generous. The spring rolls were warm and crispy, and the sauce they came with was unique and very tasty.

Delicious poke bowls at Poke Sushi Bowl! The toppings are all free to add, and you get two choices of protein, so there’s lots of variety for a good price. The inside has a whole lot of tables, when we went we were the only ones there though. There are some seats outside, but the whole atmosphere is a bit uninspiring. The staff were nice and efficient, we got our bowls quickly.

Very tasty and fresh bowls, large portions for a reasonable price. I couldn’t even finish half of my Classic bowl.
Dinged them one star for having zero recycling despite everything there being served in plastic, including all of the drink options. I get that it caters to take out but it’s just way too much plastic.

This was really surprising that at 2:00 in the afternoon we were the only ones in the restaurant. Not only was the server very friendly but the portions of food were amazing. I think the base price is well worth it although I do not think that the extra protein is exactly worth the price. Overall I think that all the ingredients were really fresh and I especially loved their white sauce option (can’t remember the name but it was sweet). I think that the tea was overpriced considering it wasn’t anything special for a chai. Overall I would come back here again for the quantity. The little gift shop was cute and unique. Haven’t seen that before.

I was craving noodles this week. I had eaten noodles dishes and I just couldn’t have enough of them. I decided to drive out to Cascades Overlook Town Center to an eatery that I had never heard of or tried, and I was glad I did. It’s a large restaurant with respectable seating and open with seats by the front window. I decided to build my own bowl with the base being Soba noodles, followed by a Spring mix, my protein was double chicken, with avocado as a toppings and Shoyu Sesame sauce. Probably my most adventurous build in this type of area, but let me tell you it was a great combination. I was able to observe the associates build my order with brightly fresh ingredients that cried out, “awesome. ” when I finally began feasting into this bowl, the sudden burst of flavor was an amazing experience. I don’t birdbath eat this type of meal without a hot dish as the primary meal, but I couldn’t care less. It was that good. I think vegetarian folks week enjoy this restaurant as it caters to both carnivores and vegetarians alike. The Poke Sushi Bowl is a great place to stop in for lunch and dinner.

Disappointing Experience at Poke Sushi Bowl
I recently visited Poke Sushi Bowl with high hopes for a delicious salmon bowl experience. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be less than satisfactory due to an unpleasant encounter with the staff.
Upon arriving at the restaurant, I placed my order and specifically requested my salmon bowl to be seared and fully cooked. I don’t eat raw fish so I usually order the crab but since learning they can cook and sear salmon decided to give it a try. Regrettably, the first worker who handled my order seemed to have misunderstood my request and left the salmon completely uncooked. When I politely reminded her of my request, she appeared perplexed and unsure of how to handle the situation.
To rectify the mistake, her supervisor stepped in to handle my order. While I appreciated the effort, I was disheartened to notice that the first worker and another colleague were openly observing the interaction, and it was evident they were mocking and laughing at me. This kind of unprofessional behavior was unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable and humiliated.
I took a moment to address their immature conduct, expressing my disappointment in their behavior and pointing out that their laughter was both disrespectful and hurtful. Despite this, it seemed they didn’t take my concerns seriously, and their lack of remorse left a sour taste in my mouth.
As for the food itself, the quality of the salmon bowl was decent, but the overall experience was severely dampened by the unprofessionalism of the staff. The taste of the dish couldn’t make up for the negative atmosphere and lack of respect shown during my visit.
Given the unpleasant encounter with the staff, I regret to say that I will not be returning to Poke Sushi Bowl. A restaurant’s atmosphere is just as important as the food it serves, and unfortunately, this visit fell short of the basic expectations of good customer service.
In conclusion, while Poke Sushi Bowl may have some potential in terms of its menu offerings, I cannot recommend it to others due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior exhibited by some members of the staff. Hopefully, the management will take appropriate steps to address these issues, as it’s crucial for any establishment to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for its patrons.

10/10! I go here on my breaks between classes bcs it’s just across the street from my college campus. The poké is delicious, especially the tofu bowl. I find it unique that they add mangoes to it – it’s fresh and yummy. I like the tofu bowl as is but also tend to add a few extra things as well, they have lots of good toppings. Their boba is also pretty good! Plus I can get chocoshrooms for dessert from the candy/merch shelf I like this place, highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here for years since it opened but tonight was horrible. I placed an order for pickup at 5:45 which said it would be ready by 6:09. I showed up around 6:25 after sitting in traffic they they hadn’t even started making my order. We had to sit there and wait another 15 minutes for them just to make it. Terrible service

What a terrific little lunch spot. There’s already a few poke bowl eateries in the area – Poke Hub & Poke DC – but having tried those, IMO Poke Sushi Bowl is the tastiest. The balance of fixings/toppings to base seems a bit more generous than their competitors but the two standout things here: that food tasted *fresh*. You can tell when something’s been sitting unattended to. These bowls were not that. Item #2: customer service. The staff forgot to put one of my proteins in a bowl (smoked eel), realized it & called me to please come back & get it before I’d even left the parking lot. Very tasty food that made me feel energized & content, instead of stodgy & too full. Definitely will be back soon!

We randomly ended up going here and I am glad we did go. We made our own bowl with spicy tuna and chicken and the dressing that they have were just phenomenal and Shrimp shumai was great too. Staff service was quick and courteous. Definitely would visit this place again.
