I love the mission of this cute coffee shop. They have adorable dog pictures on the walls and their bags of coffee are also canine themed. The staff were friendly and made some great recommendations. I had the chocolate donut and horchata cold brew. It was so yummy that I came back the next day for lunch and relaxation with a mountain view. This place gets very busy and they have minimal staff. Be patient. I promise it’ll be worth the wait.

I’ve been coming in regularly for several months daily and I have to say this is my store for my daily coffee fix. I’ve never had a bad coffee and the staff is so incredible about giving that quality. Rusty, Mary and Mylin are amazing. Shelley and Joe are so kind and always make me welcome. If you’re looking for a coffee shop to frequent or are a visitor to Park City this is a stop you want to put on your intinary. The food is also delicious. I also love that Hugo Coffee is dog centered. My Jack Russell loves his daily trip to Hugo’s.

Nothing absolutely jaw dropping, but it’s fine for a coffee shop. The paninis are given to you in foil regardless of whether you’re eating there or taking your food to go, so they just feel and taste less fresh. Flavors in the drinks just didn’t pan out how I was hoping.

Never ordering delivery via Uber Eats from this restaurant again. I had 2 drivers cancel on the order because they showed up to the restaurant and they had not started on the order. The first driver was informed that they only work on Uber Eat orders once they don’t have orders for dine or take out. They should not be on Uber Eats if they aren’t going to work on orders. The first driver waited an hour for the burrito and drink to be ready before canceling. The second driver waited 30 minutes. Once they dropped off the order, I realized the restaurant gave them someone else’s order. Again this issue was not with Uber Eats or the drivers. This restaurant has very little respect for these deliveries and peoples time.

The staff is amazingly friendly, the food is delicious, and the coffee is great – plus you can sit and work with free WiFi and an incredible view of the mountains. Great, local spot in a bit of a tough place to find first visit. So worth finding and saving. Their medium roast is so smooth that I bought a bag. Easy food choices and friendly folks. A portion of all sales go to help dogs too.
