POKE Fusion was an absolute delight from start to finish, a place that truly lives up to its name by blending fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and thoughtful presentation into one memorable experience. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels clean, modern, and welcoming, setting the tone for what’s to come. The menu offers an impressive variety of options, allowing you to customize your bowl exactly the way you want it, whether you’re a poke traditionalist or someone who loves to experiment with new combinations.
The fish was exceptionally fresh, cut generously, and full of clean, vibrant flavor. Every topping—from the crisp vegetables to the perfectly seasoned rice—felt intentional and high quality. The sauces were where POKE Fusion truly shined: balanced, flavorful, and never overpowering, enhancing each bite rather than masking the ingredients. Portions were satisfying without being excessive, striking that perfect balance between indulgent and healthy.
Service was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, with staff happy to offer suggestions or explain flavor pairings. Overall, POKE Fusion delivered a fantastic dining experience that felt both fresh and fulfilling. It’s the kind of place you immediately want to return to, knowing the next visit will be just as wonderful as the first.

I was a little nervous to try this as it’s a build-your-own and was worried about the freshness of the ingredients. But it was very tasty and I would go back again. My mom isn’t a fan of fish but I was able to get her a chicken and rice option with house sauce and she liked it. My kids ate the mochi ice cream sandwiches and I wasn’t able to get a picture but they loved them.

Whenever I’m craving poke, I intentionally wait it out until I have the chance to come here since their portions/price/quality are unbeatable. They’re always generous with their toppings, and I especially love the finishing dried seasonings and crunchy bits (a definite must-have and they let me do extra too!). Go-to base order > half brown rice + greens, double scoop of salmon with the spicy mayo and ponzu. Seriously can eat this every day if I could.
Have only dined in a few times, but the dimmer lighting is a nice contrast to the default stark white lighting other shops have. Vibes are unassuming, casual, and service is always quick. Takeout via online or walk-in never does me wrong!

I have been coming to this location for a handful of years and this is by far the best spot to get poke. They have the widest variety of toppings and tasty sauces. The fish is always fresh and the service is fast and friendly. Highly recommended.

I was a regular at the East Mesa location, which was recently closed. Then I drove to this location on Jan 8, and was told that they don’t have the grilled salmon option. Very disappointed. To the owner, please consider changing this. – Jan 10 EDIT: can you cook salmon the same way your chicken is cooked?

Amazing !!! This is the best poke I’ve ever had. Very high quality. Very fresh.. the best ahi and salmon I’ve had at any poke place. Awesome mix-in options at no extra charge (like radish sprouts, two types of pickled radish, mango… yum!). The rice was done right. And BIG portions ! It honestly blew my mind. Looking forward to returning 🙂 plus the servers were really nice too

First timers here. We arrived at dinner time and ordered a sushi burrito and bowl. Both were sooooo good. We recommend and will be back for more.

Food is great, price is fair for the amount of food you get. I tried both their bowls and their burritos and both were great! Definitely recommend, I have been there twice already

Great. Yummy poke bowls. Gets pricey fast though. And it’s a very big dish, so I would recommend sharing with someone else.
