Ordered the same type of poke bowl two different times… with an extra 7$ paid for extra tuna and salmon. Both times did not receive it. The second time was even worse.. they left out the salad, the rice is hard, no extra fish, and only spicy mayo drizzled on top… so the rice was nice and hard and dry. Safe to say this experience sucked and I wish I didn’t give it a second try. But so far I don’t think I have food poisoning at least.. I hope.

This place is a hot mess. If you can imagine a restaurant that has 5 restaurants inside then you’re imagining right. Smorgasbord is a perfect way to describe it. The place was smokey because whatever the joining restaurants were cooking it was not enough ventilation to filter out the smoke.
Now to the sushi bowl I ordered
If you like fresh sushi then avoid this place. The selection is poor and the presentation of it is even worse. I asked for the masago and it was absolutely disgusting. They had no crispys not any furikake not any seaweed nothing.
I picked around the “sushi bowl” I ordered trying to sniff and decide what was safe to eat. ♂️
Look in all fairness i should have just walked away and took the “L” but they already had my money.
So word to the wise before you order at the “order here counter” go 5 feet down and look at their “sushi” section i guarantee you’ll walk away

Went here with my sister and myself and found ourselves disappointed. The premade bowls are fine, but the build your own bowl is an extra $5. I am gluten free so I was happy to find out they had the option of gf soy sauce. When the bowls came out, each had a huge scoop of imitation crab, which as a celiac I can’t eat. Overall, mediocre quality for the price. Lots of rice and imitation crab to keep prices low, I suppose.

I decided to try the classic Poke bowl and it was very disappointing. When I got there I asked for asked for Diet Coke and the girl at counter said they didn’t have any. A guy interrupted her and said they did have it but then suggested a different drink. I decided to just get a sparking water bc I felt like there gonna give me regular coke lol. The rice was very hot and the tuna had hard and soft texture. I asked i kindly asked if I could get a refund but they said they could only exchange it for something else. The guy looked annoyed that went up to say something about the food tasting weird. They didn’t even apologize even tho I had barely took a few bites. I decided to choose the Phili cheese steak moms way. It was okay, it was was bland and the bread was also soggy. The whole layout of the place was also confusing, it’s basically four different restaurants into one.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered off of Uber eats. The shrimp is flavorless, I paid 50 cents for sauce and didn’t get enough to cover my bowl. It does not taste good and is wayyy too expensive for how it tastes. Save your money for a better poke bowl…. Those pictures in the review at the bottom ARE NOTHING like the bowl I received.

This place is ridiculously good. They don’t know what portion control is and that’s a great thing! I always build my own poke bowl and can never finish in one sitting. Delicious sauces, fresh seafood, friendly staff (usually).

Ordered from here through Door Dash. And let me tell you, I’ll never order from here again!!! Half of our order wasn’t packed in the bag and the two bowls that were in the bag, one of them were made horribly incorrect. I don’t understand how this place is in business. It boggles my mind how a restaurant can mess up a super easy order so badly.
