Stopped by Pochos in Pilsen for a late brunch and had an amazing experience! The chilaquiles verdes with carne and eggs were absolutely excellent, and the chicken club was delicious. Drinks were on point, perfectly complementing the meal. The service was fantastic, friendly and attentive. This is a great spot for brunch and drinks in Pilsen.

Poncho’s absolutely delivered. I ordered the chicken chilaquiles and they were perfect, rich, well- balanced, and clearly made with care. Comforting without being heavy, and packed with flavor.

My daughter had the burger, and it was genuinely delicious, juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Not an afterthought on the menu at all.

The drinks deserve a special mention: tasty, well-crafted, and definitely on the strong side (in the best way). And the service? Excellent, attentive, friendly, and welcoming without hovering.

Great food, great drinks, great energy. We’ll absolutely be back.

Stopped by Pochos for brunch with a friend and it was amazing! We shared the seasonal French toast and their house-made whipped cream was to die for! The chicken chilaquiles were spicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection (sauce ratio was perfect not too much)! The $5 mimosa Monday special was the cherry on top – I highly recommend the hibiscus mimosa, however, they also offer other mixers to choose from. I don’t remember our server’s name but we appreciated her attentiveness and welcoming demeanor. I will definitely be back soon!

Went on the recommendation of a friend, my fiance and i got the chilaquiles all the way, eggs your way and the special of the day which was tiramisu french toast, sadly my fiance was attempting to take a picture of the food and was unable to get any pictures of the food. Overall extremely delicious food.

Don’t order steak here. They over cook it. There was Eggshell in my shakshouka

We came here with some friends and their baby. It was a crowded day and we let them know the party has a baby. We were sat at the end of the restaurant where it was hot because the toasters were pretty close to us. We had 2 orders of steak, a burger and my shakshouka. The steak was ordered medium rare and medium well. The steaks came out with barely any pink. Probably medium well and well done. My shakshouka has eggshell in it. We told the waitress and she acted shocked but didn’t do anything about it. No compensation. My friend said there was no changing tables for the baby anywhere. Not coming back.

My parents and I liked it they thought they wouldn’t because they are used to going to their favorite spots, but I suggested this one and it did not fail. We got the pancakes, the Chilaquiles Verdes with carne , eggs Benedict and the Cuban sandwich everything was delightful and the service from Alondra was on point … 10/10

The service was excellent and the place itself is really nice. We really enjoyed the Churros French Toast, and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was very good. The pickles that came with the sandwich were delicious. I felt the chilaquiles could have used a little more flavor, but overall it’s a great place to eat.

I went with the fried chicken and french toast and it was a wonderful mashup of savory and sweet. The crisp chicken paired perfectly with the thick challah french toast and that hint of honey butter balanced everything. It’s rich but not overwhelming and hits just the right nostalgic vibe. The space felt bright and welcoming like the kind of happy spot you want to linger in. I’ll definitely be back to share that plate again soon.
