This place is hit & miss. Tonight I got their chicken tinga tacos. Supposed to be shredded chicken with a spicy sauce. It wasn’t shredded very well, and some parts were still cold.

I want to love it, I truly do, but until ya’ll start picking over your carnitas better, I’m out. Like pregnancy pain, I forget and think “mmmm carnitas”, until I get it and chomp into a giant pile of fat. I am aware that cut of pork has a great amount of fat on it, yum yum that’s where the flavor comes from, but YA’LL – don’t leave all of the fat in there and serve it like it’s meat, because meat it ain’t. :::shudder:::

Wow! Poblano Pepper Restaurant is an absolute gem. I’ve tried vegan food all over, but nothing compares to the incredible dishes here. My absolute favorite is the tacos—they are mind-blowingly delicious and packed with flavor. In fact, they’re so good that we regularly drive across state lines just to eat here. If you’re a vegan or just love amazing food, this place is a must-try!

I found a half blade in my food. I went back to show them and the guy with the green shirt who served me denied that he served me. I also called the owner twice and told him wassup and he hung up on me. This is not cool. I could’ve died and a simple im sorry ain’t Gon cut it. Smh

beans no flavor, asada no flavor and they used cheap, chewy cuts with lots of sinew, rice no flavor. didnt even get the right burrito that i ordered. burrito as wide as it was long which isnt saying much to begin with. only good part was the onions. those were actually cooked really well to be soft n sweet
