Second time ordering from this place. I can say consistent quality remains overall. Enjoyed the crispy fries and the spicy chicken bowl. One observation though, would be great if some safer packaging/sealing option is used instead of staples, sealing stickers perhaps.
First time trying this poblanos tacos. Very tasty. Tried the carne asada ones. The waffle fries were ok, portion sorta small. Overall I recommend this place.

I tried their Spicy Chicken Burrito Bowl and it doesn’t taste that good. I was craving Mexican and decided to get a Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal on UberEats. The burrito bowl is cheaper than Chipotle. Although Chipotle’s Chicken Burrito Bowl had more flavours and sauces in it. And Chipotle had cilantro and was seasoned well unlike Poblano Mexicana is lacking.
After trying out this place I appreciate the delicious food made at Chipotle even though they keep getting 1 star reviews; their food is FRESH and FLAVOURFUL. I’m not buying from this restaurant again unfortunately.

The best burrito in town! The flavors were amazing, and everything tasted so fresh. I also loved the decor inside—it creates such a great atmosphere. Plus, the name of the restaurant is so catchy! Highly recommend this place.

Burlington North seems to have an abundance of new restaurants opening’s…… appleby line and Dundas is already known as “chicken corner” soon to add “burger” and now “Mexican” to the food corner.
This is in the heart of Alton Village on Thomas Alton, think it will service more of the community vs a special drive to this location….. just like any weatern Mexican it serves burritos and quasadilla’s it’s good, but nothing really different or special

Pricing is in line with the rest, I will certainly go there again, but a short drive away there is a more authentic choice if that’s what you’re looking for

Don’t believe all the fake overseas reviews. Unfortunately this is the worst Mexican place I have been too. The toppings and ingredients are old and stale, prices are high, confusing menu, at the time both the washroom and pop machine where out of service. Our chicken quesadilla with nachos was 20 bucks. The chicken inside it was burned deep fried and dry, mostly batter. Toppings where minimal to choose from, the quesadilla itself was burnt from the press machine and our salsa tasted like straight up canned tostitos salsa. There is no way this place will last long in business especially when the mainstream Mexican competition offers so much more value and standard.

Disappointed. Did an online order direct from their website. Ordered the baja fish bowl. The fish looks and tastes like frozen fish sticks from the grocery store. The selection of ‘fajita veggies’ seems to be just onions. Also ordered churros. Never got them, and didn’t think to check when I picked up my order since they stapled the bag closed and my order was for 2 items. Tried to call the number on the website but no answer, no voicemail setup. Tried the number listed on Google, same thing.

We gave this place not just one chance, but two, and both times were extremely disappointing. The first night we ordered, the burritos were practically nothing but rice, with just a few small, dry chunks of carne asada thrown in. The flavor was bland, the texture was off, and it honestly felt like we paid for a filler burrito rather than a real meal.
Hoping it was just a bad night, we decided to try again the following evening and even paid extra for more carne asada, thinking it would improve the experience. Unfortunately, it was somehow worse. The burrito had barely any meat despite the upcharge, and on top of that, it was so soggy and poorly put together that it fell apart before we could even eat it. The taste was unappetizing, the texture was mushy, and overall it was completely inedible.
For the price, the quality is unacceptable, and the lack of consistency shows a real disregard for customers. Based on our back-to-back experiences, I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant altogether.

I want to give a big shoutout to Sukhman at Poblano Mexicana Restaurant! Every time I visit, she does an amazing job. Her service is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend sukhaman .
