Unassuming food truck with great food and warm service. I was there during a slow period, and went with the sauté shrimp…a tad more heat might have been good, but the flavour overall was subtle and delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

I had the green onion sausage po boy, so good. One of my favorites in Louisiana is the bouda sausage you get at mom and pop small markets all over the state. The sandwich at to Geaux was as good as any I have ever had in Louisiana. This is a home run, highly recommended.

Having spent many year around the gulf coast I think these po’ boys are as good as they get. Had the andouille sausage and the roast beef. Both excellent. Pricey but fair. Can’t get lunch for much less anymore.
