I really loved my first experience here. The bartender offered amazing cocktail suggestions, and the entire craft cocktail speakeasy concept is by far the best I’ve seen in St. Petersburg, FL. I truly hope other entrepreneurs follow this kind of elevated vision, this place is a major upgrade for the area.
There’s a magical touch to the atmosphere, with incredibly creative art and thoughtful design throughout. I’ve been in hospitality for 12 years and have helped open multiple craft cocktail bars in New York. After spending the past year and a half in Tampa, I can confidently say I know when I’m stepping into a genuinely great establishment, and this place absolutely has “it.” I look for specific details, and Pluma Lounge exceeds expectations.

Perfect spot for drinks and small bites.
Popped in here before an event and Hannah was our bartender and she was outstanding.
I started with a cocktail on their menu which was good but not my style but I drank it. It was something technique, it had egg white and watermelon. Then I switched to wine bc they have a great wine selection.
For small bites I did a dozen oysters since all their oysters are from New England area and always good. We also shared the charcuterie board and empanadas.
Very cozy and romantic kind of spot, would absolutely go back.

I had the most incredible time here this past weekend. Each item given to us off the menu was absolutely delicious, each handmade from the restaurant themselves. For my tea lovers there was an amazing selection of tea to choose from. The service was top tier, Staci took care of us and truly the experience would not have been the same without her. I’d love to have her everytime I go as she made the experience even more magnificent than it already was. She was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and present. I’d ask for her when you reserve! Absolutely loved this cocktail bar! The decor is stunning and the ambiance is warm and inviting—perfect for a night out. The drinks were delicious, and bartenders Ryan and Juan truly went above and beyond, crafting custom cocktails that were spot-on. Everyone was friendly, and the overall vibe was great.

Juan and Hannah gave me one of the most memorable dining experiences ever. They are extremely knowledgeable and offered to pair my courses for me and explain everything in detail along the way. Very personable folk and entertaining, it wasn’t my birthday but they made it feel like it was. Food and bevs were insanely good, I haven’t had anything like it before. Will absolutely be back again.

Wow. A real mixologist lover’s dream. Classy but not stuffy. The bartenders and wait staff know their stuff and are pleasant. There are some great craft drink places in Tampa Bay but this one is going to be tops. My friend who has traveled the world says it reminded him of the cozy bars in Singapore. Great bar bites but the drinks are over the top delicious.
