The pattys are juicy, perfectly seared, and deliver l deeply savory flavor that truly rivals its beef counterpart. Toppings like the crunch from the lettuce and the tang from the sauce are spot on.

The sides are just as strong. The fries are crispy, well-salted, and consistently excellent. The Oat Milk Shakes are a must-try; they are thick, creamy, and satisfying without feeling heavy. It’s hard to believe they are dairy-free.

Tried PLNT for the first time today. I had their double cheeseburger with a side of herbal fries. Felt so realistic it reminded me of a Big Mac. Vegan junk food done very well. Not a healthy meal by any means, but a real soul boost. Paid $22 with tax and tip for the burger and large fries, seems a little high to me, but it definitely filled me up. I would go back to try their “chicken” sandwich.

This opened recently and even though it’s a good 30 min drive for me was there on my bucket list. Finally last Sunday my son and I drove to this place which is inside a Whole Foods store. Parking is a bit of a hassle. The store parking is almost always full. However there is free (on the weekends) parking garage close by. It’s a pretty futuristic garage with indicators as to which floor has availability spots. They have sensors on each spot which feed into the central console. Pretty cool. Does not seem to be fully accurate though since while going to the 4th floor which it said was the first level with spots available I noticed many open spots on the third floor.

Well back to PLNT. The place is great! It has a small and simple menu. Burger, fries, drinks and soft ice cream They order up quickly and give you a device that lights up and vibrates when the order is ready. The service is quite prompt.

The burger which I believe is Beyond Meat was great. It’s about half the price of the ones in Founding Fathers and a lot more tastier. The cheese is vegan but hard to tell the difference. The buns are a bit small for the size of the patties, especially if you ordered the double cheeseburger. But I am not complaining!

The honest drink has free refills and a nice soothing taste. Much better than the sodas.

All in all I highly recommend this place. Hope they open in the Gaithersburg area soon.

DELICIOUS. Highly recommend the mushroom burger! The blooming onion with its sauce was very tasty! Wish I had room for a soft serve. Next time.
This cute vegan place is inside Whole Foods market.

My first time here I didn’t realize it’s located inside the whole foods grocery store but they’re fish fillet sandwiches are so good that I devoured it before capturing a picture of it. I was pleased when the manager to me they have 2 other locations in Rockville and Columbia when I was telling him that I’m fairly new to the area and am lookin for a good vegan restaurant. I was in the Silver Spring area today and googled this restaurant, which was worth the rush hour traffic that I drove to get there. Although the customer service was not great in the beginning, they made up for it with the 2 sandwiches that I bought, one the fish fillet and the other mushroom steakhouse burger. The appearance of the steak burger looked the same as another customer posted, which was very greasy but heavily stuffed with onions and mushrooms. I would definitely recommend this place and eat here again. PLT Burger makes some “smack yo mama” good burgers.

This place is a MUST try! Before, I went vegan/plant-based I could just quickly stop by a fast food restaurant and pick up some dinner on the nights that I didn’t feel like cooking. I now have that option with Burger King (Impossible whopper) and PLNT Burger and it’s a more healthier option than other fast food restaurants. The service was quick, friendly and the food did not disappoint. I love that they have a meal for the kiddos as well and they include a little packet of seeds for the kids to take home and plant. I also have a big sweet tooth and love all desserts so I was very happy that they have non-dairy soft serve and milkshakes.
Iv’e been a few times now and Everything on their menu is amazing! I look forward to coming back here with my family many more times in the future.
I absolutely love that restaurants like this one prove that vegan food is not just salads and by eating these foods you are improving your health, helping the planet and the animals!

I am not a huge fan of vegan food but I am trying to eat more vegan in 2024. I wish I knew about PLNT Burger sooner. I tried their Spicy Grilled Chik’n Cutlet Sandwich and it was delicious. I don’t feel like it was spicy but I also have a higher tolerance for spicy foods. I’ve been thinking about it since I tried it. You really cannot tell it’s not chicken, and I like that. The flavor on it is also really good with the garden herb mayo. The cutlet is MushroomRoot. I also tried their pumpkin spice shake and I love that it is made with oat milk. If you like pumpkin, I think you’ll really enjoy it. I like that they’re located in a lot of Whole Foods locations in the DMV but wish there were more stand alone locations because I don’t live near a Whole Foods. I will definitely come back though.

Although not a vegan, I was eager to try the place out. It is just a short counter within the Whole Foods and only has 3 options for the plant-based burger. I tried the BBQ version topped with mushroom bacon. It was far better than a typical veggie burger, being thin and having a hamburger texture. I would never confuse it with a real meat burger and doubt I would ever buy another, but it was an OK lunch option. What was great and definitely worth returning for were the small fried onion flowers. They are sweet and tasty, and clearly addictive.
My friend had the basic burger and the sweet potato fries. He thought the burger so-so but fries were excellant.

Ive ordered from plant burger many times, but this review is solely based on my last experience ordering online. The food was terrible . It came quickly, but the pic below is blooming onion petals they looked nothing like what received, oily and burnt.

Our fries were soggy (I mean they could have popped the whole in the card board, the sandwichs fungi were the worst ones I’ve ever ordered oily and overcooked.

I’m going to come back, because I know they have quality solid food in store, but I’m never ordering online from them again.

This place is solid. 5 stars feels like a really bold move but I just don’t have any complaints. The sauces they give with your meal are nothing special I guess, but also I don’t care because the burger was SO good it didn’t need anything more than what was on it. Their ketchup packets are even sir kensingtons, which is such good quality/healthy in comparison, and the fries are AMAZING!! So fresh and good, and unique – they’re kind of like folded potato slices. The chicken sandwich doesn’t have a chicken flavor per se (bc it’s a mushroom haha) but it just tastes like something fried and delicious, and the texture is chicken-like. This place is definitely worth giving a shot IMHO, we will be back and I will try the ice cream!
