The pizza is pretty good, it has a nice texture it. The buffalo wings taste good, I had to clean the bone on that one. I like the atmosphere, It’s quiet, but i’m sure when it’s busy It’s busy but, the overall vibe is very nice.Would not mind coming here on a game day or something. Love the overall service. The workers are very informative and kind and do there best to make you feel welcomed. Met the owner pretty guy with a cool personality I will definitely be coming back.

Heard good things about Pleasant Street, so I decided to give it a try! Me and a buddy went during our lunchtime at work . I’m very opinionated when it comes to Pizza lol not because I’m from New York but because I love freaking pizza! So far one of the best places in Gainesville, I still have to try a few more places, but this pizza was delicious. I folded it and it had no flop, perfect amount of grease and the crust was nice and crunchy! I took a bunch of pictures so you guys could check out the place which is really nice inside and out! Surface was quick and fast and that was a bonus because we’re working and we only have about 30 minutes. We had slices with Italian sausage, bacon, ham, and chicken. we were not disappointed! The place is off sixth Street right behind the police station. They have a Cajun shrimp pizza and for some reason I want to try it! I’m giving it five stars because the pizza was good and the service and atmosphere were great! I definitely recommend this place! I believe they have wings too, so I’ll definitely be trying them out. I’d been wanting to try this charming little pizzeria for a few months now. Well today I stopped and had an amazing lunch. The food was piping hot and very flavorful. They’ve done a great job renovating this old building into a much needed restaurant for the area.

Pleasant Street pizza pub is amazing. Best crust in town (light and crispy) Awesome topping selection (gotta try the tempeh). Apps are on point and of course a great beer and drink selection. Staff is super friendly and informative

Nice pizza place. We had the supreme pizza and garlic wings. Everything was really delicious. The pizza crust is done with cypress and groves prairie ride beer. It’s a very good pizza crust. My friends had the Mediterranean and added pepperoni. They have beer, soft drinks, and wine. They sell pizza by the slice and have a happy hour from 3-5. There also a reward program. Definitely a place I will come back for pizza.

SO good! I was really impressed. Loved the flavor of the cheese and everything tasted so fresh. I got the (very crispy) Cajun rub wings and a pepperoni/basil pizza. Very happy to have a new spot so close by. The interior was comfy modern with a big open kitchen. I’ve heard they’re expanding the menu and adding TVs soon!

I loved the pizza and the bbq wings! Two things I tried for the first time: thin crust and pepperoni. I am not a great fan of thin crust, but I liked how crispy they were at Pizza Pub. The service was great and the server kept checking if all the customers were comfortable and enjoying the food. I liked the place tbh. If you feel that you need a calm place to sit and eat pizzas and wings, then this is the place. It’s affordable too! Will visit again soon! Thank you for the great service!

Love this spot! After years of this neighborhood building being in disrepair – so great to see all the work they have done to restore this local gem!
Pizza was excellent, service was friendly and prompt, ample parking. I loved that the owner stopped by to ask how our food was, we were able to chat with him and hear about his inspo for designing this place. Most surprising? My friends who “aren’t crust” people, ate every last bite.
Given that I live in the area, I enjoy the local investment. 10/10 highly recommended!

Such a great spot! It’s in our neighborhood, so we stopped by and it was so good we ended up coming back twice in one week. Tried a vegetarian jerk tempeh special and the veggie lovers w/vegan cheese—both were amazing. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and can’t wait to sit outside once it cools down!

Have been twice now, both during the excellent Happy Hour from 3-5 week days. My wife and I had a total of 2 slices of pizza with several toppings on both, 2 draft beers and an order of the Fire Fries for under $20 today. The pizza has an awesomely crisp crust that tastes delicious. I normally dont eat the end crust but I have both times from here. The Fire fries were great also with crispy fries even underneath cheese, and delicious Datil Crema. The owner was there today and came around to check up on us. Service was excellent also. We sat outside, which is dog friendly(we took both of ours). The owner said they would soon have a dog pizza!
Highly recommend this place and we will be back soon.
