I’ve been going here for years. Anytime I’m near New London or in New London I always have to stop and get a mini cheesecake at the very least. During the fall and winter time the gingerbread cheesecake is out of this world. The seasonal cheesecakes are flavors usually have I never had before. If you want to just stop by real quick and pick up some mini cheesecakes they always have some ready to purchase immediately. It was slim pickings today but still there were several options to choose from, so I managed to fill two boxes no problem. The mini cheesecakes I got today were salted caramel, strawberries and cream, cookies and cream, orange dream and blueberry. The cheesecake is homemade, nice and thick and is exactly how a cheesecake should taste. Fav place for sure!

I drove an hour from home when my mini me requested a cheesecake (no walmart or generic cheesecake would do, this kid has impeccable taste) for her birthday at the last minute. I was given an amazing array of options and they jumped into action! So polite and saved my day!

I have never been disappointed by the cheesecakes at Pleasant Lake Cheesecake Company! So much pride goes into making the cheesecakes look beautiful! I had a red velvet cheesecake and these sugar cookies made for my baby shower and I was so so pleased with how adorable they were, and super tasty! ♥️

There was a very small selection of whole cheesecakes, so we chose to get 4 mini cakes. We got a confetti one – which ended up being plain cheesecake with chocolate confetti topping, raspberry cream- which tasted again like plain cheesecake with raspberry on top, cookies and cream- really good, and a dark chocolate one- pretty good too. The raspberry one was slightly frozen on the inside which was strange , as if it had been in a freezer. Definitely too expensive for the size; each cheesecake, about 2 bite size, was almost $6. It was good, server was friendly, but It wouldn’t be at the top of my list

We drove from Concord to New London and are reward was sweet. We got a plain cheesecake along with testers. We got in the car and we tested the apple cheesecake. It was well balanced. You could taste the lovely spices yet the cream cheese was not over powered. It was like a symphony of flavors coming together. You got give it a try. ♥️

Outstanding cheesecake! What a major variety of flavors to sample with the minis and the traditional cakes are awesome too. I was on treats duty for a baby shower and these were a home run. This year for Christmas the cakes made excellent gifts for my neighbors. I can’t say enough about these scrumptious desserts.
