It’s okay…but it ain’t waffle House. It’s a little dirty, usually. Food is okay. Wait staff are very friendly. You might see some shirtless people of you done in….no shirt…no shoes..no problem..lol

Well we couldn’t get help so we left came around the corner to fuel up and this was the Pic of I’m guessing a full crew break from huddle house who were still Well relaxed when we pulled off even after waiting for subway… I FULLY BELIEVE IN A BREAK BUT I DONT BELIEVE IN YOUR WHOLE STAFF PRACTICALLY OUTSIDE FOR 20 MINS B.S AND LEAVING COSTUMERS UNATTENED!! Update 2 yrs later:
Still an amazing staff, had a $100 order and they handled it amazing. The employee Angel called back to ask further questions on our to go order to make sure they got it right. She checked everything again before bagging it when we got there. And she also accommodated our drinks for free for the call back. And didn’t make them until we got there so they weren’t watered down. She was amazing and I wish I could have tipped her more!
Everything tasted great. The oreo pancakes were awesome.

Our first visit. We had the BEST food and the Best service . Our waitress PIPER, did an outstanding job. We had 6 in our group and she treated each one of us like we were long time customers. We will be back AND tell our neighbors about the Great experience we had . Thank You PIPER … 🙂

My experience was really bad. I waited for 15 minutes with zero service while watching the waitress assigned to my area chitchat. I politely ensured that staff knew I was there and had been waiting. I waited an additional 5 minutes and left.
The waitress assigned to my section did almost nothing but chitchat for the entire 20 minutes I was there. Many of the tables had been left with a squirt of disinfectant on them to ensure customers would go to the other side of the restaurant where a different waitress was working diligently.
I called a couple of days later and asked to speak to the owner but was told by the manager that the owner was not available and they did not know when he/she would be available. The manager did not take responsibility for the poor service but only made nonsensical excuses. This is a very poorly run restaurant indeed. God only knows what the kitchen looks like.
I will NEVER return…

It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time…. The service was quick and great. Our waitress was the best. And the food was above and beyond the call of duty…. I will definitely return and spread the word as I can… Thanks again for the enjoyable experience….

Grabbed some breakfast platters for supper. Nice people and the food was all packed to go. Everything was correct. Had to drive to Opp before we could eat, so the food was loosing some heat, but still good to eat.
Only concern would be the lack of cleaning. I truly can’t believe they have a 96 from the health department. Must not be a surprise visit.
I would still visit again, I like having someone else cook for me.

This restaurant wasn’t bad, for a chain restaurant. They’re a little slow, but that’s because everything is cooked to order. This allows you to get fresh hot food. Service varies at different ones. This particular one had good service, while we ate at one in Hoover that had absolutely horrible service.

We stopped for two to go orders, I asked when I order to be billed separately for both and she said it was fine… after she gave my cards back she said… I put them both in one because it was just too much trouble. Complete laziness! The wait was over 45 minutes even though they were not busy at all, the order was wrong, and on top of everything the food was on its side and upside down in the bag. If you are going through I would definitely skip this restaurant!
