Love the food but don’t go with the group… Had a reservation for 10 got there and they had us in like three different booths… If that didn’t work for us we could go to chehalis we were told… We ended up going to the Napavine dinner…

It’s been about 15 years since I had horrible food and service here, so I figured I’d try again.
Previously, the food was all extremely salty, and the very brusque server abandoned us for our entire meal to wait entirely on the only other couple in the restaurant. It was horrible and a bit bizarre. I wondered if he mistook one of us for someone else that he detested.
Happy dance review!
Today, the food was tasty, the service was great, and I now have another place to recommend.
The atmosphere is very country, Mexican Western? The booths have a good illusion of privacy with each a little alcove. If you’re short, you might have to do a little hop to get into the ones we were seated at.
The tables were bussed and cleaned well. Staff were all friendly and attentive. There was no pressure to order quickly or buy drinks.
Overall, it was a pleasant place for a meal with family.

Got together with some friends and they ordered a side of onions. I had never thought of that. The onions came with a few jalapeños and limes seasoned with salt. Pretty tasty as I added it to the Colorado burrito. Salsa is pretty good. Even though the parking lot was full, there was still a table open. The place was packed, and the service was still good.

The best Mexican restaurant you could ever eat at the food is fabulous. The service is good and so is atmosphere the owners do all the cooking. Their food is just delicious. I wouldn’t need any other place.

Absolutely delicious food and the environment here was incredible. I’ve been to a lot of Mexican restaurants all throughout states like California and Arizona and this place easily is one of the best ones I’ve ever visited.
We were visiting on a road trip and the servers got us in and out within an hour or so with incredible food.
Absolutely highly recommended and this place is a major gem

A local chain Mexican restaurant in the middle of a very small town. The service was great. The food – the Jalisco Special was a huge hit. The side chile relleno was over battered but still good. The onion enchiladas dish was good but I wasn’t a fan of the red sauce. The side taco was a complete miss – no cumin in the ground beef which threw the taste of the dish off.
Overall, nice restaurant in the middle of a small town along the interstate. The beer and margaritas were served cold. Pepsi is served if you’re a Pepsi fan. I’ll be back to try out the carne asada and have more of the Jalisco Special.

Great food great drink. I love ❤️ the salsa did I say the food was great! This time we had the variety platter that is billed an appetizer. It filled both of us up and we didn’t even bother with a dinner. Great service.

The original margarita was amazing! One of the best I’ve had. The service was good considering the wait staff was actually running to serve people.
The food was good, not great, but good. It’s obvious that seafood is not their specialty. The beans were good, and so was the salsa and tortillas. I would totally come back for drinks and a tasty appetizer.

We ate there for the first time, even though it is not too far from home. We both ordered the special for that day….enchilada, tostada combo…. chicken enchilada with red sauce and pork taco. It was good, not great. I am still looking for enchiladas with a sauce that are as good as those I eat in Arizona. The very friendly waitress said to try the green enchiladas or the ones with creme sauce next time which I will . Service was friendly and quick, even though busy. We will try again.
