Absolutely delicious food. You’re supposed to have reservations and we didn’t know that, but we were the only ones there so he let us in. He was doing everything on his own, but food came out fast and the plating of the food was on point. He definitely cares about his business. We will keep coming back.

I had one of the most delicious steaks I have ever had! It was done to perfection and when the plate was served, it was very aesthetically pleasing as well. The atmosphere was wonderful as well. It was very warm, friendly and inviting! I’ll definitely be going back!

Tonight’s experience can be summed up in one word…. Excellent! The staff was very warm and attentive. As for the food the portions were big and delicious. We’ll be returning for another meal soon.

I had the baked fish and it was pretty good. The fish wasn’t over or undercooked and it was seasoned very well. I’m not sure what the mashed potato decor is though. They are squeezed through a frosting nozzle but the little ridges are like a heat sink and they cool off quickly.

Surely Heron Lake’s hidden gem. The food is fantastic. I highly recommend the New York Strip. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate with limited seating. On busy nights I recommend calling in reservations. Parking lot is shared with a bar so it might be wise to park on the main street if you can find a space. Family owned and operated, they are eager to learn more about their patrons and are good with remembering faces.

The taste and presentation of the food was most excellent! And the atmosphere of the establishment was very nice. unfortunately my husband and I had to share a plate of food because we couldn’t afford our own plates (an upcharge of $2.50 to share a meal) and there would have been an upcharge to pay with a credit card, too, however the terminal didn’t work and the phone support kept us on hold while the diesel fuel was burning up in the truck out side. (my husband listened to three songs while he waited for me to pay… I finally came out to get the checkbook ). but probably the most disappointing was that our water glasses were not kept full,. The majority of the time we were there our glasses were empty.
