Came here while waiting on a phone repair at ubreakifix.
Very nice restaurant and staff were friendly and mostly attentive.
The table side Guac was good, jalapeno margaritas were good.
Their salsa seems like it came out of a jar, it was ok, I was more focused on their guac.
You want the fajitas for two, just get it…problem solved.
Not a fan of refried beans and could have probably substituted for black beans..but just get the fajitas for two.
Overall, I would definitely come back to this place for their fajitas.
Only downside is the lack of seasoning…get some salt folks

My family visits Plaza Azteca every once in a while and every time we do we love our experience and the food.
They have a large seating area with 2 dining rooms, bar seating, and outdoor seating. They have booths, tables, and high tops with tvs all around with symbols of Mexican heritage surrounding you. The hosts/hostess, wait staff, and management all speak Spanish and English, which is great because my wife’s first language is Spanish while mine is English. I’m able to carry on basic conversations in Spanish with the staff and when there are words I don’t know how to say I can flip back to English and all is well.
One of our daughters has allergies and they are able to accommodate just fine! Our daughter typically gets plain steak tacos with corn tortillas and Mexican rice (gluten green and dairy free).
I typically get the chicken soup without avocado or cilantro (sopa de pollo sin cilantro y agaucate) with an order of grilled shrimp (una orden de camarones). Let me tell you this soup is so good I could eat it every day of the week if it were available. Packed with flavor!
Make sure you wash it all down with a Jarritos de piña!

This is a consistent good Mexican restaurant. Food is always good, service is okay. We went on a Saturday. It was moderately crowded, but not full. This is a good place to go if you want a casual night out.

Last night, my husband and I had a couple of drinks, an appetizer, and dinner at the bar. Service was not what I expected after the incredible experience I had at their Pittsburgh location – top tier! The bartender here seemed unhappy to be working and careless! Not once were we given chips and salsa, we had to wave him down each time to place our drink and food orders. We were the last ones to leave, because he started cleaning the bar tables, completely forgetting about us and we just sat there waiting for our check – which once again, we had to waive him down for! Aside from the service, the bar was a disarray! Unorganized, messy, and worst of all… which I found gross is, at the end of the bar sitting on top of a pack of soda bottles that was a mop bucket marked in Spanish as “Solamente para el baño” (only for the bathroom). Unhygienic, to say the least!
In my opinion, the only thing that saved them the night was the food, as the old fashioned I had, was less than average. ♀️

Oh my gosh! Caesar is an outstanding guy and deserves all the stars!! I left my phone there and didn’t discover it till 30 min after they closed. Not only did he answer the phone, but he waited outside in the freezing cold at 10:45 pm for me to come pick it up. I offered to pay him for being such good dude and he refused. Multiple times. Caesar made me so happy and even impressed my husband who wasn’t enormously pleased to be drug along this mission. So, so many thanks to Caesar.
The service at Plaza Azteca was excellent all the way around. Very friendly, attentive and super fast. It’s also festively decorated and has a great atmosphere. It was also remarkably clean. I was very, very impressed with this place!

They overcharged me for extra tortilla. It says 3 on my receipt and I only got 2. When i asked the server, she didn’t seem to understand my question. Also, the portions got very small.
It’s amazing. Our server, Vanessa, was very kind and attentive. Food was good too. Lunch special is such a deal. Nothing above like 11 dollars, the portions are great too. I ordered Steak fajita (11dollars), and beef quasadila with two beef tacos (8.5 dollara). So great! Chips and salsa were very yum yum too. Easy to park on street and they also have parking garage.

Food is excellent. Reminds me of the Mexican restaurants I grew up with in Hampton Roads – they even have the white sauce! (iykyk). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned. Easily the best Mexican in Loudoun County and some of the best I’ve had outside of Texas.
