I’m really disappointed with my recent Uber Eats order from Playa Bowls. The drinks were not packaged safely at all. When using third-party delivery, the standard should be to seal the drink, place it in a bag, and staple it shut — but none of these safety measures were taken.
I even tried calling multiple times beforehand to request secure packaging, but no one answered. This shows a lack of care for customer safety and well-being. With unsecured packaging, anyone could tamper with the drink during delivery. A simple sealed bag would have prevented this issue.
Unfortunately, Playa Bowls not only failed to provide safe packaging, but also offered no way to leave a note or get in touch directly. This left me feeling that they don’t prioritize customer safety when using third-party service

I purchased a mini bowl from the two girls selling at the Suwannee Town Marathon, and the product is amazing. They were incredibly sweet and helpful, which made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be for the company to better support its workers especially during cold, rainy weather by providing things that would keep the employees warm.

Today I had was forced to skip my lunch break and waste an hour because they’re credit card machines were down and they had no backup. I had to pay for their mistake. Couldn’t pay cash, they said I would have to order online. When I went to do that, topping prices were doubled.
No way. Don’t waste your time, unfortunately. It’s almost a restaurant, the food is up to par, but the payment system is vending machine grade and pricing.

Love their bowls!! Pretty pricey but great quality. They’re one of the few that offer coconut base bowls which is why I can’t stay away!

The bowls were good, per usual. But the wait was very long. I placed my order with no problem, and then it took 20 minutes to get two bowls. There were 2 in store orders in front of me, and I watched the staff move very slow to get orders out. If I had known it would take that long, I honestly would’ve gone somewhere else.
