The staff hands down THE best. Customer service is impeccable. Andrew is my FAV person. He goes above and beyond. I introduced myself to this place last year and I’ve been here literally almost every single day since. I highly recommend the Annapolis location.

My family and I really enjoy Playa Bowls. We happened to find this place by accident and we’re glad we did. Their bowls, smoothies and juices are an even healthier alternative compared to a place like tropical smoothie (which I love by the way) which adds extra sugar to their smoothies unless you ask them not to. We make sure to stop by whenever we’re in the area.

I have to agree with the other reviews, that the portion sizes at the Annapolis location specifically have only gotten smaller as the prices are steadily getting higher.
I watched the bowl I used to order go from $11 to $18 in less than two years.
It is also a MASSIVE difference between the portion sizes of the Annapolis location and the Baltimore location by my boyfriend’s house.
The Annapolis location admittedly, per corporate policy, does not fill the bowls all the way. I’m not sure if it’s also corporate policy to hand them to the customer completely sticky, but the Annapolis location is able to deliver a completely sticky bowl every time. Your entire staff of teenagers might be to blame for this however, not corporate.
The new location that just opened in Baltimore is staffed with competent adults, who know I’m paying $20+ for a bowl and therefore fill it all the way, which I greatly appreciate. The Annapolis location is always full of teenagers who would rather play on their phones than take orders.
After seeing the portion sizes of the Playa Bowls in Baltimore, I cannot spend another dollar at the Annapolis location.

This location didn’t seem quite as hygienic as others. I got a mermaid fuel a few minutes ago and the countertop had a dirty rag on it and the employee didn’t even slice the apples, she just threw everything in, stems and all.

A wonderful addition to the Annapolis area. A perfect start to the day. The green, and pitaya bowls are my favorite, but you can’t go wrong with any of the options. Workers are always friendly and helpful. Saturday mornings as one would expect are very, very busy between online orders and walk-in customers.

I’ve had many tasty bowls here, and staff is always friendly. Yesterday I tried one of their winter specials, the avalanche. It was sooo refreshing and delicious, with perfect touch of cinnamon to top it off! I asked for no walnuts and they gladly accommodated. Will definitely return!
