I want to give it a 5★. But I just can’t do it. Everything was fire !! Sauces were saucey, bacon was crispy, burger was divine, bread was bready, fries were fried. But , the lack for that last ★.. the employees were mean to Dave. I have never met Dave until that day, Dave was awesome. I was traveling across country & Dave was my greater the area, the welcome the hello to a place I’ll probably never get to see again. Dave was awesome ! especially when it came to the ketchup ! He loved giving out that ketchup. Yet……. his fellow burgerflipping coherts, were mean to Dave , raised their voices to him. Dave was being Dave. His fellow BurgerKingites were being rude to Dave. That is the lack of that final ★.

Cant get orders right. Burgers made haphazardly. Fries not cooked all the way. Cant ever understand the person on drive though speaker, God forbid you ask them to repeat your order to make sure it’s correct. Stop evey couple months and nothing changes.

I was driving past, and I saw a window cling advertisement for an 8 piece ghost pepper chicken nuggets. I turned around and went back to the restaurant. I went inside, and they have them listed on their digital menu board. I place my order, only to be told they don’t have them, they were only available for a limited time, and they won’t be getting more. So while not a huge waste of time, it was preventable by just removing the item from the window and the menu board.

Staff is very rude and disrespectful. Ordered my food and multiple items were missing. When I addressed the situation, the employee working told me that he put the items in himself which was clearly a lie. Never got my food and was denied a refund to my original payment method. Instead they offered me a 10 dollar gift card for a $27 order. Burger King is off my list for any form of dining in the future.

Absolutely disgusting amount of mayo on my burger and missing the cheese as well. Filthy soda machine that was malfunctioning, the restroom was a thing of terror, and the person running expo was not wearing gloves when portioning fries.
