To obtain customer service is like needle in a haystack today. I place an order online and process payment. The application says my payment was declined. I checked my bank account I see the balance was deducted. I call the store. I’m on the phone with a young lady. She said she does not see the order goes through so I say please stay on the phone while I process and pay for the order again. The exact same thing happens. She says she sees the order come through but on her end it shows the payment declined. I’m let her know that i have $44 deducted from my debit card because both payments are showing processing on my end. I then ask her for a customer service phone number so I can contact regarding the application. She says there is no number. I then asked her. Can I just place my order over the phone and come pick it up and pay in person? She proceeds to tell me no.
Why are consumers being treated so horribly. If I’m on the phone with you and you see my order come through and I’ve attempted to pay for the same order twice. Why would you not allow me to place the order on the phone and come and pick it up. It’s not an everyday occurrence

I visited Playa on the 4th of July and ordered a smoothie bowl that was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted so fresh, and the vibrant colors of the bowl made it just as beautiful as it was tasty. The staff matched that same vibrant energy—friendly, welcoming, and upbeat. I also loved the outdoor seating, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a 10/10—highly recommend!

Last month was the first time I’ve gotten Playa Bowl. I’ve been back 3 times now. This is my new favorite place to go when I need something healthy & refreshing to eat. Love coming here. Everything on the menu is delicious. And the staff are so friendly. The aesthetic is so nice, you can tell they spent a lot of time on the artwork and the menu board. My favorite is the Açaí Nutella Bowl. But I’ve also heard you can’t go wrong with their smoothies.

I walked in and asked the associate about the most popular bowl. She gave me a couple of options and I ordered one. The bowl I ordered to go has blueberries. I brought it home, opened it, and noticed most of the blueberries have stems. I am digging in the bowl removing stems from individual blueberries before eating. It’s super disappointing.
