We dined in tonight, but usually order to go. Shawn was super helpful and nice. We were the only ones eating in so we got control of the TV remote while we waited. Pizza was perfect. Pepperoni was crisp, cheese was gooey and covered the whole pizza, crust was baked to golden brown and soft, with crispy edges. Jojos were large and beaded and cooked perfectly. Our only complaint is that it was really cold in the dining room. It is really cold outside, but we weren’t sitting by the door. We had to keep our coats on the whole time. We’ll be back, but will probably stick to take out.

Check your food before leaving the store. Just so happen to be near this location which so I thought I would save time and order from here instead of my normal spot. Almost an HOUR after putting in my order this is what they gave me. I dont live nearby or else I would have brought it back smh.

Delicious pizza! We ordered because this pizza place supports our daughter’s cheer team and fell in love with the food. It’s hard to choose between the chicken club and pepperoni cheese pizzas, because both were amazing. Hoping to try the cheese bread next time as it too looked delicious. Thanks again for supporting the community! If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend adding them to your pizza rotation.

I loved the garden vegetable pizza. My goodness the veggies tasted so fresh and the spinach was a nice add. I took take out but I had a peek and there are about 8 tables if someone wanted to eat in. I do wish they had turkey pepperoni.
Delicious overall!

First time customer and wow was I impressed. Not only was the delivery fast and friendly.

But the pizza was perfect. I think it’s my new favorite pizza place. Perfectly soft and crispy in all the right places.

And the toppings were so great. I can’t get over how good it is. Treat yourself to GOOD pizza

Beautiful crust, crunchy but soft. Fresh toppings. Amazing wings! We had the Cajun dry rub. They weren’t flabby or greasy. Love this place.

This pizza shop is too inconsistent for the price. Every other time they have completely messed up my order. Tonight I got the completely wrong pizza, and it arrived uncut. I ordered a thin crust with white sauce instead of red. Got regular crust with no sauce. I also ordered light cheese and there was so much cheese it was inedible. Only half of the toppings I requested were right, and toppings I did not want were on the pizza. When I tried to call on a Monday night (should not have been busy enough not to order) no one answered so I will now be forced to contact my credit card company. I lived in Italy for several years and my husband and I have owned several gourmet pizza shops over the years, I can confidently tell you, this is NOT authentic pizza. Ridiculous I just paid $30 for a medium piece of garbage.

Dude WOW. I can’t believe it took me this long to try this pizza. For a few bucks extra, it is TWICE AS GOOD as any of the more common chains. We got takeout and I could tell from the aroma that the cheese was high quality before we ever got home. I have more good things to say about this pizza than I care to write. Try it!

I originally left a 1-star review the week Gionino’s opened because they were closed at 8:30pm on Friday, with the phone endlessly ringing (no message/voicemail) and no notice on the website. We finally got carryout last week, so I’m back to revise.

Saturday night during the Buckeye game, we ordered a Large half-and-half with the regular thick crust, and a Small cheese bread for $25 total.

Online ordering was easy, and I really liked that I could use multiple online deals in the same order, unlike many places–please keep this! Pricing was fair: pretty middle-ground for a small shop with the online deals, and the regular-crust Large is quite a lot of food. The two of us ate this order for 3 meals.

Food was ready on time, and the light staff was slammed but friendly enough and polite. Pickup was smooth; waited under 3 minutes with two people picking up ahead of me.

The food was solid! I could believe that the sauce is made in-house: slightly sweet (but not sugary like Romeo’s) with obvious onion flavor. It’s a heavier, darker sauce, not watery. We liked the cheese, too: Nothing crazy, but good flavor. Note this was a seriously greasy pizza, love it or hate it. Enjoyed the cheese bread too–very garlicky but not too much.

Overall, this was one of the more unique “normal” pizzas I’ve had in a while, not the same old square-cut cracker-crust Ohio pizzas that most independent shops are hell-bent on copying.

If I could change anything, I’d dial back the grease level by about 20%, and I would use less dough. This is quite a dense, chewy, filling dough, and there’s a lot of it. We’ll buy this again, but we’ll definitely try out their thin-crust next.

We are fans and we will be back!
