Love to come once a month to get the special bowls. Nice guy behind the counter. Has a nice smile. Be aware you are not able to order on-line for this location. But, when you order in the store the bowls and smoothies come together pretty quick and you’re not waiting long.

Hello, I am very unsatisfied with the service that I received today at playa bowls in Lawrence ny. Apparently it was not what I ordered. I went back and tried to correct the situation by receiving what I had ordered and it was a guy in there young guy, short black guy Who refused to remake my order which I paid for he said he could not do it I said, but this is not what I ordered. He refused to exchange it or make what I had ordered. I had the receipt with me. He refused to do it so I called the bank and stop the payment I will never receive anything else from them ever again. I was very dissatisfied with the Customer service that I received in there today.

Clean store, friendly staff, and beautifully curated store. The service is quick and they pack your order with care. Sign up for their rewards for discounts! There are lots of options available on their menu and even the option to create your own. There is parking outside and there is a bathroom for customers as well.
I’ve tried 4 different bowls and a smoothie and so far everything has been enjoyable. Although the bowls are pricey the amount they provide for all ingredients makes these bowls worth the price when you consider how much it would cost to make these yourself at home. I need to try their oatmeal bowls some time but but so far every experience has been quick and on point! If you’re in the area, swing by and give them a try!

I have had smoothies and bowls from here. All very fresh and tasty. They will customize anything to your liking. They even give good suggestions on their vast menu. I love the Nutella Bowl! I added mango to it this time, so delicious. If you want something light for breakfast or lunch or snack, this place is it.
