Love Chick-fil-A anytime!! Love the food. Love ❤️ the pleasantries and the culture. Parking is pretty challenging at this location. I’ve been to this location a few times. I won’t go out of my way to come here. However, when I’m in the area, I’ll stop by.

I typically don’t leave reviews on fast food because I come with low expectations. However, chick-fil-a I hold to a higher standard. So this place is one hour from my home. So fine, kids wanted to go so I went. But, I actually never been to this location. The guy taking my order in the rain, was great. Super kind. I’d give him 5 stars. However, i spent close to 50 dollars. And, I had missing food and wrong orders. It was hard to tell because I ordered spicy food and got regular. Which okay ill let that slide but I was also missing complete orders like chicken nuggets etc. Hard to tell because they stuff everything possible in a big bag and I was driving. Anyhow I’m writing this to tell people to stay in the line reviewing ur order if its large no matter how much they rush you to go. I unfortunately was already on the highway home. Was not gonna drive back in that traffic mess. I’m assuming this happens often considering it was my first time.

Even though it took a while for the food to come out, the employees there were extremely nice and friendly. A lady (the manager I’m presuming) who was walking around and checking on all of the customers noticed that I had been waiting for quite a while and asked for my name again so she could check on my order. And in a couple of minutes, Instead of me having to walk up to the counter, they brought the food out to me even though I wasn’t dining in. However, they did not have chicken noodle soup and forgot my side salad, but that didn’t particularly bother me because they brought the salad out once I told them and made sure to give me tortilla soup instead. Overall thought that all the employees were super great and would definitely recommend going to this Chick fil

I went through the drive through and the girl with the iPad, Lyla, was fantastic! She answered all of my questions and really went above and beyond with her customer service. The food was great and the line was not too long at all. Overall, great experience!

Great customer service (cashiers smile and look you in the eye), the place is clean and the food is good. My spicy chicken sandwich ($6.29) was hot, fresh-out-of-the-fryer hot. I also tried their seasonal Peppermint milkshake ($5.65) and it was good and tasted milky (like they are suppose to taste) and had bits of peppermint bark including the chocolate. A really nice treat.

The Food was Fresh and Hot, Everything was made to Order. Ordering was Fast, then we went to a Table. We expected to here our name called. Instead they Brought it to our Table. We decided we wanted a couple more items. One of the Servers showed me how to use the App from the Table I was at from my Phone. I could not ask for better Helpful and kind Service. And the Food was Excellent. Try the Baked Mac and Cheese, and the Spicy Chicken Deluxe with Chick fil A Sauce.

Absolutely AMAZING SPEED AND SERVICE. Last minute huge order for our starving wrestling team and they killed it within 10 minutes. 20+ orders. We are coning back here next year, love the crew. High-Spirited people.

My husband and I placed a breakfast order, knowing we were cutting it close. The app told us to join the line when we got there, and tracked us to the store. It said it would start our order when we arrived. We arrived before the cutoff time, but had to wait in line. One of the workers was going car to car asking if it was breakfast or lunch. When she got to us and we said breakfast, she rolled her eyes and walked off without saying anything. By the time we got to order station, the man helping us (who was very nice) tried asking over the comm if they could honor the online order and was told no. He was very apologetic and kind. What is irritating is that the woman that walked car to car roller her eyes and didn’t say anything after we said breakfast. It was incredibly rude. Had she said that they weren’t serving it and gave us a chance to say anything about the online order – we could have backed out of the line. It was a waste of time and a rude experience for us.

Diana! Wow. What incredible customer service!! I didnt grab the gentleman’s name from the outside portion of the drive-thru, but I am astonished at the level of customer service displayed by this team!! & the food was so fresh! Thank you for the hospitality !
