Beware, location is badly managed. Anyone who orders by app gets lower priority than folks in the store. I ordered via the app and prepaid a tip. I highly regret that tip. I showed up at the store and waited 45 minutes. The problem is there were folks who arrived at 4:40pm, stood on line, and got served before me. The manager is in the back not helping while the staff is running around. I will not go back, now that I know the tip means nothing and knowing ordering via the app means they don’t fulfill your order for an hour behind the walk-ins.

I ordered an acai nutella bowl the first time I went. The staff person called my name and as I saw her put the acai bowl in the bag I noticed no fruit in my acai bowl. When I asked where’s the fruit, she stated, oh you want fruit. I said doesn’t fruit comes with it. Staff person didn’t reply. She only said She wouldn’t charge me . WHAT????

I love the product but every time I try to come here and order it’s the exact same thing, two or more staff members working behind the counter on other peoples orders and absolutely disregarding the customers standing in line. wait times CAN be high, but usually aren’t. I would love to see Kiosks installed here, I think that’d be great. Super clean, organized, etc. Ofc, as all playa bowls locations, the prices are a bit high, but it is a great treat. I also love the free seasonal stickers.
