Ordered a pura vida bowl last night via DoorDash and I noticed the bowl was a little chunky in the middle but figure oh this must be ice. As I’m mixing my bowl I notice a large white piece of rubber IN MY BOWL ! I call the store and the employee says well we can just give you a refund we have given refunds before. Is that how business is being handled now? I understand things happen but you are serving food to people and you care less about the crap that falls in it! Do better

Great, fast service. Lots of options and all are delicious. I haven’t had a bad bowl yet! Everything is also really customizable. The prices may seem a bit steep, but compared to other places I think for the quantity that you get, the prices are quite reasonable. Plus they have a rewards program, so you can get discounts if you get enough points as well.

Absolutely AMAZING BOWLS Tasty fresh fruit and never a dull menu. My personal favorite is the hemp bowl half green and half banana yummy!!!
Only downside is it can get expensive, but very much worth it!

Always good service and tasty bowls. I usually split my bowl w my daughter so they do 2 for us. Never disappointment. A-little pricey but worth it with all the fruit they give you. I’ve tried the coconut and Banana base and so yummy.

It was all amazing the worker’s where so kind and sweet. The decorations are some of the best I have seen. The environment gave off chill and happy vibes made me feel very comfortable. The food 10/10 you get a strong flavor and the granola is savory and the fresh fruit tasted fresher then the ones in my own garden. The presentation looks just like on the website will be going back again very soon.
