Out of dozens of times I’ve left reviews for places, I think this is only the second time ive left a bad review. There’s no shortage of times that warranted a bad review but I understand people have bad days and mistakes happen.
I called 20 minutes ahead because I have a very tight schedule today. My timeliness affects other people’s day as well which is why give myself extra time for these reasons. As I mentioned, I called 20 minutes ahead and ordered a shake. When I arrived, I was told that they just switched shifts so the woman called the lady that had just left and apparently she forgot to make my drink. I was annoyed because of my tight schedule, but that is why I give myself extra time. It ended up taking her forever to make the shake But I was the only one There other than a guy sitting in a corner who already had his drink.
The person who is working was nice enough about it but definitely overcharged me by a few dollars over what I usually pay. Then I get to my car and realize that my drink is just filled with huge pieces of ice chips and tastes nothing like what it usually taste like. So now I am late my clients are pissed and I have this crappy drink that I overpaid for and taste horrible. I’m not even that picky of a person, but this drink Just taste like shredded ice and no flavor at all.

I ordered MEGA TEA * Bomb Pop * and twas really bomb means great! I always drive by here and always curious . until today decided to go inside and try.

I like the vibe of the shop, it’s neat and clean and there’s always something new to look at. The shakes are fantastic and the teas are a lifesaver(potent)on the mornings Im just not on top of my game……plus they have snacks

Honestly a very disappointing experience. Grabbed a shake the other day and literally felt like I was just eating ice. The teas had little to no flavor and the shake was unpleasant. I usually get shakes near Worcester and tried this place since I was in the area. Sadly won’t be returning. Place has potential just missed the marker for me completely.
