If I could give zero stars I would. They opened 15 minutes late. They had no meals prepped which defeats the purpose of being a meal prep business. I asked about ordering meals was told it would be time to cook anything of at least 15 minutes. Then he said no shrimp for shrimp rolls. I asked about protein balls – was told they only make them a couple of times a week. Told him I wanted them today and this is ridiculous there is nothing ready. Left and will not be back.

I ordered a dragon bowl and a baby bulk shake this time around very delicious. Every time I come in, i’ve been helped by the same guy. He’s absolutely wonderful, very kind, and explains everything that needs to be explained, and he has great conversations… I highly recommend a to-go order of the mini pancakes with the healthy batter option.

My kiddos and I decided to try this fabulous place out the other night and we were blown away❤️ The customer service was top notch and they were very helpful with any and all questions I had. Everything was made fresh and definitely tasted as such. We will be back for sure.

Little meal prep shop with a lot of heart. Literally. Lots of the foods here are made from organic ingredients that are delivered here. My recommendation is the Orange Infusion fruit smoothie with Protein Pasta. I left feeling full of energy and ready to hit the gym. The only downside was the AC being down, but even the owner acknowledged it. That aside, this place is worth the visit and I can’t recommend it enough.

I am an avid pure juice drinker, and sometimes on the go I don’t have the time to make it, it is time consuming. So I stop in here occasionally. The wait time has gotten better, It used to take so long for 1 drink but they have improved service tremendously. The juice is $13 which I fine I totally get it. All fresh ingredients but whats frustrating today is okay I pay the price, but no lie. I am 1000 percent sure my drink is half juice other half water. Maybe to help the save some to make it stretch but there is absolutely no way my drink was full fresh ingredients it had to be mixed with water. Green juice drinks don’t taste like water.

Smoothie bowls are awesome, in general. Compared to (what I thought was expensive just outside LSU) Playa bowls, this place is double the price for half the serving size. If you got hot food at walmart, think about the 3 basic bowl sizes. The medium one is what you get for a smoothie bowl. Now its stuffed to the brim, and fresh fruit, granola or chai seeds etc. Not sure 2 of those bowls are worth $26, but if I’m wanting a bowl and im in town (and dont mind paying too dollar) this is the place to go.

They need to update their phone number and information on Google. Went to get lunch today the phone number on Google just hangs up on you call the number on Facebook the guy says he’s out for a delivery and will be back in 5 minutes. Sit there for almost 20 minutes and still nobody shows up wasted my lunch break waiting for someone to show up. That’s not how you do business
