This place is the best. I love pizza and trying new places and of all the places I’ve eaten at in the St. Louis area, this pizza place always exceeds my expectations. I bring all of my friends here when they wanna get together to hang out. The pizza of the month is always something new and exciting, and the original pizzas they have are all phenomenal as well. Even the cheese pizza is amazing!!! This will always be my go-to pizza place because of the fresh food with quality ingredients and amazing service!

They need to actually advertise their pizza sizes because I thought I was going to get a lot more for what I paid; which was $16 a pizza. They place is a glorified shack, so the cost is definitely not going to their overhead.

This is a nice place to get a pizza cuz everybody can get what they want at an individual size instead of trying to sit there and talk about. I want half pepperoni and everything else. I had a fantastic experience here! The counter service was quick and efficient, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. They also offer a great lunch deal. While inside seating is a bit limited, the spacious patio more than makes up for it. The clean bathrooms were an added bonus. Highly recommended!

My wife and I went for our anniversary dinner. We GREATLY enjoyed the food!!! Also the fact the sauce and dough is made from scratch, and no soybean oil!?!? AMAZING!

Went to Plank Road pizza on Saturday September 7, 2024. Service was terrible thanks to the girl working the counter, and the food was terrible. No cheese on the pizza, just sauce and tomatoes. Ordered a $15 salad and all it had was some brown slimy iceberg lettuce, very little to no tomato, some undercooked bacon, and a splash of cheese. The salad was not even half full. This place has gone down hill. I won’t ever go back here. The food and service is not good here anymore. See photos for cheeseless pizza. Some of the crust didn’t even have sauce on it. $50 for this crappy meal, never again. Such a shame I used to love this place. Girl working the front register should be fired she has zero customer service skills.

WILL HELP YOU TO DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS PLACE , If I could I would leave 0, it said “the best st Charles pizza” and the service sucks, don’t waste your time going there, we went with my family to eat was 8 pm they supposed to close at 9 when we arrive they were cleaning was someone in the front desk and we said good night just ignored from them, anyone come to take order to welcome us and we had to be looking around for like 10 minutes and the people there where doing the cleaning if they tired is not the costumer fault if you close at 9 you attend the people until 9!!! Not an hour before and give them a gross service I was with an old person even that and when we leave this people tell us super sarcastic “have a great night”?? This is poorly and non respectful I’m new in the city and went there reading “good reviews” but definitely the service sucks and the people is not kind at all nothing deserve this

Ok, I wish we hadn’t tried Plank Road Pizza. Yuck is all I can say. Does anyone know how to make a Margherita pizza anymore. Salad is strips of lettuce usually used for sandwiches topping and a lil onion n cheese. Blah…..The pizza waaay over salted and spiced. No cheese. We ordered 3 pizzas different, all same size and 1 salad = $72 + $5. Tip on a To-go order.
Yuck.
The staff was nice and friendly and attentive. The place was nice. The food is their weakness…(at least this day). They just need better quality food.

The owner / rep of this establishment answered my review…. But unfortunately, doesn’t recognize extremely bad food when they see it in pics. We live two minutes from your restaurant, and we DID NOT rewarm it. We opened the box and started serving it.
It was so hard it was barely chewable.
My ninety seven year old father had skull surgery that morning, and we wanted to give him one of his favorite things… pizza.
You could barely choke down one piece.
I resent the fact that I spent over seventy dollars for pizzas that weren’t edible. And instead of doing good business and saying, hey….. I’ll refund your money or I’ll give you a discount off your next purchase or even it won’t happen again….. something to try to make up for the poor quality.
This owner doubles down and blames the purchaser.
Just reminds me that I definitely do not want to do business or give my money to this kind of business person. Thank you, owner, for letting me know how you conduct your company.
Anyone conducting business, as if no mistakes could ever be made at their restaurant, is not paying attention to the quality of their product.

Very tasty craft pizzas. Pizza and salad lunch for $10 was perfect. Pizza crust had a nice crunch but was still thick and soft. Salad was crazy tasty! Staff was very friendly and helpful too. We will be back soon!

Came on a Sunday afternoon for a solo meal. I ordered the plank road pizza (a chicken bacon club).
Pros:
-indoor/outdoor seating which is nice on a sunny afternoon like today, you can hear the live music next door from the patio!
-the pizza was great, the flavors balanced well and you tasted each ingredient in each slice!
Cons:
-for this particular pizza they were out of avocados and they DEF belong on this pizza. Considering it’s been months since they’ve had avocado (going by other reviews here) I think the price should reflect that not being an option or take it off the menu, possibly make an avocado aioli to go on top instead?
Overall definitely tasty pizza and one of the best I’ve had in St Charles so far (they have the awards to back it up!) I’ll definitely be back with more people to try a variety of the pizzas they offer
