Wow. Don’t know what’s taken me so long to try. Chicken Parm Sub is amazing, probably the best I have had-ever. Buffalo Chicken was good. Would go lighter on lettuce. Meatball Sub was flavorful, not soggy, and meatballs were tender. +100 for having Barq’s Red Crème Soda!

Good place, great food. Tried to call ahead on a Friday and staff had taken the phone off the hook because they didn’t want any more orders. Asked for water and guy was put out and wanted to charge me for water. Then they drowned my sandwich with condiments. When he handed my sandwich to me, he glared at me and said “enjoy” in an odd way. Threw sandwich away because I didn’t trust what they did. Just annoyed at the experience. Again great food typically and when the regular manager is in he is great with customer service.

The best part of my experience was the lady who grabbed my order. She was very friendly and quick. My online order was ready on time and made correctly. My sandwich was warm and messy as expected. The signature chicken seemed a bit mushy this time around. It has been more of a pulled chicken consistency in the past. Reminded me of a canned tuna consistency this time. I do love their homemade bread. Will I be back? Maybe, but due to the price tag of $14 for a half sub and a bag of chips, I’m not sure.

Must say I’m pleasantly surprised how good this was. My hopes were very low when I entered this place. I had “the experience”. Really good. I’m sure I’ve been converted from a Subway guy to a Planet Sub guy. It was very tasty. I feel that subway has gotten very bland lately. Any way good job Planner Sub. My daughter had the turkey sandwich and said it was very good. Will eat here again.

I called at 11:00 AM due to our company needing 70 box lunches by noon. I wasn’t expecting it to be possible but thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask. They were extremely transparent in how tight the window was and discussed limiting the options and logistics, ultimately accepting the order. They were able to get the sandwiches made for us and the quality was top notch. Great customer service, courage, and leadership to support us!

i’m not one to leave reviews… the sandwiches were fantastic, but the REAL appeal was this charming little crab drawn on my sandwich wrapper, he is just so fantastic. this endearing doodle bestowed upon my sub was drawn with whimsy AND grace. It has held me together psychologically for several days now, and I utterly refuse to let this relic part ways with myself. 10/10, would recommend.
