Went in there yesterday and not one employee greeted me. The gentleman asked for my order no hello or welcome in I placed my order didn’t get a receipt. The smoothie was great but the service could have been better. I’ll just keep going to the Wesley chapel location they are more friendly and always say hello as you come into the the store

This place makes the best smoothies! Guess that’s why they say it’s the best smoothie on the planet. They also happen to be really nice and all three flavors were delicious. I had the orange push up (think childhood… the Flintstones push pop), but my family loved theirs too which were the PBJ and the almond mocha jolt. Check them out!

I never have a problem with my smoothies here and the staff is always friendly. I do have to say the bathroom here needs help, this isn’t the first time I find this bathroom to be so gross. It’s was very dirty and makes me wonder what the area behind the counter looks like.

Very disappointing experience at this Planet Smoothie. The açaí base on the first bowl I ordered completely melted while my second bowl was being prepared. The employees acknowledged this but didn’t even offer to make me another one. Poor customer service; please fix your freezer.
