I go to Planet Smoothie often and off all the ones I have ever been to this is the only one that’s horrible. So it started off cool, when I came in the lady working greeted me; told me she was ready when I was ready and to take my time. It when down hill simply because she was about to my my smoothie and I noticed that the blender still had peanut butter on there from god knows when, all I did was ask if she could clean it for me before making my smoothie, she looked me in my eye and said “ oh it’s just peanut butter” all I said was ok could you still get that for me and from there she had and attitude. I said something to her she ignored me; my wife said thank you she just walked away. All of that because I asked you to clean the blender before servicing me! This is my official complaint, I am not sure the girls name but the date was 1/24/26 at 9:45/50 am definitely a big thumps down and never again

Visit started out great. Husband, daughter and I all stopped for a quick treat. Enjoyed our smoothies outsole on their front balcony area. All was fine until I felt something different in my mouth. Took it out to find that it was hair. Informed the clerk who apologized- offered another smoothie but I wouldn’t have finished it and we were on bikes. I was already half way through my smoothie. No refund offered. Will not be back.

I walked into the very clean planet smoothie to pick up my order. Oops, I ordered my smoothie to be picked up at a different store. The owner’s daughter was able to rectify the situation with a smile. She’s very friendly and makes delicious smoothies. I will definitely be back.

The store close at 8 and I was at the door at 723. I was refused service. It’s still 30 minutes left. I can at least understand closing 5 minutes early but 30 minutes. This will be reported to corporate office.

SO DELICIOUS! I’ve never been a smoothie person until the last year and now I’m hooked. I’ve tried most of the smoothies and the açaí bowl and I’ve loved every one. Turns out Peanut butter in a smoothie is my new jam.

I ordered the peanut butter power up. It tasted like it was a banana smoothie. I didn’t taste the peanut butter let alone the oats. I brought the smoothie back so they could remake it. The lady had no problem with remaking it and was very polite about the situation. Also on top of that this location does not offer the option to put in your phone number in for a free smoothie. When you buy 12 smoothies you get a free smoothie. As mush money as I pay for the smoothies at planet smoothie, every location should offer this. I wasn’t the only one who complained about this today when I was there. They should definitely fix this!!

Planet Smoothie is awesome. It doesn’t matter where you go, it’s consistently the same. No matter which flavor you get, it’s going to be good. This location is really clean and well organized. Just about anything you get here is already health conscious. Super tasty, super friendly, and not too expensive. I’ll be back.
