So planet pizza used to be the spot after a show in downtown Orlando or after a night of hitting bars. It has definitely gone down as far as service and quality of food is concerned. I imagine whoever owns the place doesn’t feel like they have to try hard or the customer service representatives that work there don’t feel like they have to try hard because there’s not many options around that time that are that convenient. But I remember the old owners and the pizza was fire they gave you a little garlic knot on top of the pizza and the customer service was too tier. Also there’s a weird 55-year-old man who calls himself a bouncer who likes to bully people for random things. Dude if you want to fight go work at an actual bar I’m sure you can find a fight but this is a pizza shop people just want pizza.

Never have i once gone sober and never have i left once hungry or unhappy. Best pizza EVER! Seriously, I’ve eaten a lot of pizza in my time, and this place takes the crown. Every single bite was a taste sensation. And the best part? Norris was at the door, keeping everything safe and sound. Ten out of ten, would definitely recommend!

The pizza was absolutely horrible. We came July 5th around 12-1am and the pizza looked so bad. I get it was late, but come on. It was just thrown on there. Service was great! Employees were lovey and quick ! But the food was not up to par as they say. Definitely was the worse pizza. The beef patty was okay, tasted like it was seasoned with Taco Bell meat seasoning.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Nastiest pizza I ever had! And they have the nerve to be expensive. It literally has no flavor. Then the service was crappy, like they were annoyed and didn’t want to be bothered. I would rather go to Tin & Taco next door after the club.

Excellent Late Night or Daytime Takeout Spot! My fiancé and I decided to get a few slices before going to the park downtown Orlando. I love the location. The staff has excellent customer service and speedy services. I love their Hawaiian slices and meat lovers while my fiancé loves pepperoni and sausage slices. Taste is always superb!

Just no. Service was awful. They barely acknowledge you when you walk in. Not a single smile when they speak to you. Asked “what do you want “ and just liked annoyed while taking order. Pizza was not great. Got a regular cheese and pepperoni. Pepperoni tasted weird. It was just not a good experience. Inside had standing room and a cold ac but that is the only decent part. They also charge $1 for dine in refills.
