I’ve ordered from several Planet Pizza locations over the years and usually have decent service but this Stamford location is awful. They are never on time and often either forget part of the order or fail to deliver at all. I work for a company that regularly has group orders delivered by this location and many of us have had so many issues with our orders. Most recently, they “accidently” forgot to print out my ticket as part of the group order, and when I called they promised to send it out immediately. An hour and half later with no food, I called back but no one would answer the phone. Decent enough food for a chain but I’d avoid this location if there are other options available.

Hygiene needs to be top notch especially for a business we call family. But unfortunately enough is enough. Older blonde dude with glasses needs a refresher of customer service and hygiene practice. He is always with a face and bad mood. He touches everything and anything, pics on everything and anything with his bare hands. This guy is in the register and handles food at the same Time this is a huge NOOOO! He touches money, credit cards, Dirty rags, and has the nerve to open the beef Patty i ordered with cheese with his bare fingers. Seeing him poking a hole with his bare fingers to add cheese was Poor Disgusting. I had no choice but to throw this in the garbage. Gloves, knives were not used yuck! I avoided making a scene because I was with my son and I chose to eat elsewhere this day. Hygiene! He doesn’t care! They call him the manager well unfortunately his boss needs to make changes before this place goes downhill. This is becoming a dump with outrages prices. Boss man change is needed. You need more of the young guy with glasses in here, he is always with a smile and uses gloves when needed you can see his delicacy! Enough is enough YUCK!

I hadn’t ordered from here literally in years due to our last order having a side of hair with it today I figured it’s been a few years let’s give them another chance. Well nothings changed the food was horrible my calzone was pale yet hard as a rock, so I basically gave up on trying to eat the middle of it. I ordered extra sauce they charged me for yet didn’t get it and my husband’s pizza was not only ice cold but tasted like the kind of pizza you eat when you’re supper drunk and won’t remember what your food tasted like. Never again lesson learned

I ordered my mushroom pizza, it tastes good but the packaging was dirty, covered by glue. It was so sticky, and unappealing. Somebody needs to wash his hands quite often. I thrown it away.

This place is amazing! We traveled from Oregon and wanted pizza sooo bad.. then we found this place. The ac unit had gone out almost 2 weeks prior. The owner kept saying sorry after seeing us sweating eating our pizza. He told us the AC unit was 3 weeks back ordered… then brought his kitchen fan to our table so we could get air. We thought this was beyond amazing seeing how he took it away from himself at the front.
Not only was the pizza fire, but the customer service was truly amazing. We are heading your way again soon .. can wait for that melty crazy good pizza!!

Just under $22 for an order of chicken fingers , cheese fries and a bottle of Diet Pepsi. Ordered and ate at the place. I thought because the fries and chicken fingers were separate orders they would come in separate baskets. But they combined them and it was such a small portion. Like so small. I took a picture which I attached to this review. I was in literal shock. It was good but not worth $22. Absolutely not. Beware of this. Very small portions. I kind of understand the $10.99 for 5 chicken fingers but these are small chicken fingers. On top of that the fries portion was incredibly small for the price. They are marked as separate prices and they should be served separately. Good luck everyone!

After waiting for 85 mins (original delivery time was 50 mins), this pizza came. On the phone, I asked a new delivery as soon as possible but was told that there was only one driver and it would delay. This was 75 mins ago. It is not easy to understand how one can think this is edible and can be sent to a customer. This is not the first time I experience this. I wanted to give another go but my mistake. Slow delivery, bad quality service, not at all helpful staff. Mistakes happen, but one has to make up for it; and this should not be the customer. I rarely give reviews, but now it is a pity that the lowest rating is one star. This one deserves lower.

How is this place still in business with generic junk food like 20 dollar burgers. Literally no one was in here except a cool dude who works here. It’s like I stepped into a David Lynch film. Empty.
Everything they have here can be found at Outpost or Atlantic, for cheaper. Wedges, slices, burgers. Extra cheese salt and sugar. Sodas. I got the cheapest thing on the menu and it still shot the hell out of a $20 bill. In reality, the only thing cool about this place is the young dude working there and some psychotic cartoon painted on the window. At the end of the day, it was a good slice of pepperoni. NOT fat crust, kind of thing and crispy.
