It’s okay. Surprisedly the food was decent for a theme park restaurant but I have to say the prices were a bit much for really basic and bland quality food. Everything is well above 20 dollars and the menu is really limited. I will say their milkshakes are really good. Our server was really nice and fast. Our food was pretty fast which was surprising since it was fully packed on a saturday night.Inside, it smells like feet and fart. We sat outside which smelled normal but our table was dirty before arriving. It was really busy so i understand it happens at times. And i like how towelettes were provided, ketchup, napkins, and plates to share were provided by the server. Like i said, she was great and I wish i remembered her name so i could put it here. I wouldn’t go again but it’s just not for me. Probably would be better for kids or family. (got more food than pictured but forgot to take pics)

Let me start off with this Planet Hollywood has been my go-to food spot for over 25 years, whenever I’m in Orlando.
From the amazing half planet building design and architecture to the gorgeous rooms and decor throughout…always AMAZING.
As always, the cool authentic costumes, pictures and instruments throughout really have always made this the most unique and celestial experience.
But…
Unfortunately, the past 4 visits have been consistently sub-standard.
The staff does not seem welcoming, which is odd being palced in Orlando- which is the #1 tourist destination in the US.
Although empty (no customers), the servers continue to rush to take the order adn flip the table. Makes no sense.
The food is consistently rushed and cold.
My shredded pork sandwich felt as if it was sitting on the counter waiting for someone to buy it. When I sent it back, they still kept it on the bill and acted “weird” when I commented.
The crunchy chicken appetizer (supposedly “famous”) was like eating cheap fast-food chicken strips.
The vide seems to have officially melted away, which is said based on such an amazing history.
Conceptually, Planet Hollywood @ Disney Springs does make sense, but it feels as if the time has come and gone.
Another cool concept would work perfectly here, as long as they don’t take the customers for granted and produce a quality product with consistency.
Good bye ole friend.

My family and I always come to Planet Hollywood whenever we visit Orlando. It is a very fun entertaining place with a planetarium style scenic ceiling. They have a really cool sing-along section with good music as well as really cool trailers to movies. They play music videos like the old MTV use to as well. I have a pop culture style music playlist as well which my wife and I find very entertaining. The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean and very neat. It has a very interesting set up for the seating area to view the really cool ceiling. The portions are extremely huge, so be ready to eat. Biggest plate of nachos I’ve seen ever. The staff was very friendly very engaging. They have a really cool souvenir/gift shop upstairs where the food restaurant is and downstairs when you enter.

We had an excellent experience at Planet Hollywood! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere stood out. it was fun, energetic and very well done. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We were especially impressed with how quickly our food came out, within about 10 minutes. Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Overall, great food, great service, and a really cool atmosphere. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!!

Pretty good overall. Service was really good, the chicken basket was a little more greasy than I remembered so not sure I would order that again. Everyone enjoyed the burgers. they did forget the ranch on the one burger but my friend still enjoyed it. They all really loved the fries with the combination of curly fries, straight fries and waffle fries.

People say this American restaurant offers tasty burgers, ribs, and lasagna, and I agree. The fun, lively atmosphere – with movie memorabilia and a big screen playing music videos—really adds to the experience. The service was friendly and attentive.
We made reservations, and I’m glad we did. Even with our 2-year-old grandson, our whole family had a great time. The food was good, and the burgers were especially exceptional and tasty. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable outing for all of us.

I just want to start off saying: If you go there and DON’T get Pavel, you’re missing out on the amazing atmosphere and employees they have. I’m I country girl so it was my first time at a place fancy like Disney springs. From the moment we checked in to when we were leaving, pavel took such good care of us in a way I haven’t even seen in popular restaurants near me. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE

Everything was delightful from beginning to finish! We came for my friends birthday trip and I got the Bacon Mac n cheese, best burger ever. Ms. Teri L was amazing server for us, so if you guys come here you should request her! The vibe here is very relaxed and entertaining at the same time.

This was a kid friendly restaurant with a lot of movie memrobilia. This was a concerted movie theater just from the layout and the levels. They project movie clips on the big wall. I have not been to a Plant Hollywood restaurant in decades and I recalled ordering a Fried Lasagna back then. I looked at the menu and they still have it today. The food was okay, but the service was good and the atmosphere fun. The salmon was very tasty though. The Lasagna tastes so much better when my palate was not as refined. I would return for a no frills meal. Again, service and atmosphere was great!
