I don’t usually go inside. But we took an Uber after church so we went inside
1st I must say that when we walked in and turned my head to the right there’s a wall with a few automated register terminals. VERY unwelcoming. I prefer to tell the cashier what I want.
2nd maybe my Whopper Jr w/cheese was funky was because I normally put my own ketchup & mayo (Hellmans Mayo)
I always order no salt on my fries for 2 reasons… 1st, they use too much salt… 2nd normally you get fresh & piping hot fries NOT this time.
They tasted a little old and blah0..
The way they remodeled this restaurant is kinda odd….
The associates and the kitchen seem to be hidden from the customers & the dining room. I realize that we live in a very tech savvy world. And people honestly don’t know how to communicate with one another. But when I go into an establishment I would like to be seen & maybe be greeted by an associate

the food is good but my burger was cold and so were my fries. the mozzarella fries are good but they came all squished and broken but the most warm item that i received ♀️

Nice, new, clean interior. Friendly service and a good representation of the familiar tastes you anticipate when you think of Burger King. Everything was fresh, hot and nicely prepared.

Be cautious if you value your car!
The drive-thru was recently remodeled, but they did a poor job—especially at the curve after picking up your food. The bumper of my vehicle got scraped badly. I spoke with the district manager, he said they aren’t responsible for any damage. Even an employee and customers mentioned they have that problem with that curve but they do nothing about it.. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here if you care about your vehicle.

Inside, ordered a double whopper, no cheese to go.
1. Got a whopper junior, nuggets & onion rings
2. Went back in, gave wrong order back, redid
got a double whopper with cheese
3. Went back in, showed the double whopper with
cheese, showed my order slip, said to the tall guy
you made a mistake again, I’m in for the 3rd time.
He replied, “I don’t make mistakes”.
Cook replied to him, “You said double whopper
w/cheese! to me!”
Cook came to me and asked what do you want?
I said double whopper no cheese, wife does not
like cheese. Cook made order, brought it out
herself and it was correct.
I told her thank you!

Whoppers are delicious! Use the mail coupon and its a good deal. Don’t get cheese on it as that’s an up charge and its good enough without. Drive through is better than going in. They make you use the kiosk or else wait long to talk to a real person, cmon I want to use a coupon so I need a real person. But food is delicious!

The food was great. We love being able to fashion our own burgers at the kiosk. The women’s bathroom was amazing! New but so so clean! The cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen at a fast food place. I talked to the cashier Brooke, who said she’d cleaned it. She was very friendly! Thanks, Brooke!

These would have to be the most dryers peppered cardboard I’ve ever tasted in my life. I don’t know if they kept them under the lamp just too long or what but these paper tasting chicken fries are the worst I’ve ever gotten from Burger King my other food was good but the fried products was awful do better
