Atmosphere: It’s a cozy little place with a few tables downstairs and more in a back area upstairs. High ceilings make it feel more open and spacious.
Service: The staff/owner was very friendly. He greeted us while we perused the menu. He could tell we were first timers and made some recommendations about their homemade specialties. Ordering is easy from the counter for dine in or to go. We paid and took a seat. They brought the food out to us after 10 minutes, nice and hot, with the cool metal plates.
Food: We decided on doing the full size pizza. Better value than a personal if you plan to share. (8 slices. 1 lb cheese) We did half combo and half pesto chicken. We loved both, but probably the combo more with the in house sausage. Was around $40+ tax. Tip: ask for Ranch from the squeeze bottle if you like that.
The crust is truly thin crust, crispy and slightly charred on the bottom to perfection. The toppings were fresh and done perfectly. The pizza is not over sauced in my opinion, just the right amount to add a subtle somewhat savory flavor that did not take away from the toppings, but rather infused with the toppings and brought it all together.
Learned that they make their own sausage and lamb in house, so that will be on my next order. They take pride in there pizza which shows through the flavor.
The cons: I should have ordered family size! as the personal size left us wanting more. But being disappointed by so many places we didn’t want to take a chance.
I would definitely recommend their pizza’s, especially if you like thin crust, tradition style pizza’s that are not doughy.
Only complaint is slightly burnt crust on one of our pizzas. Prices are a bit high – my large two topping (lamb + mushrooms) was ~$35 – but I’d give them a shot. Service is friendly.
They’re specialized in pizza and pasta, which was super delicious and it was homemade.
Gourmet pizza made accessible to the general public. Homemade: Italian fenel sausage, Austrailan lamb, chicken thigh, fire roasted tomato sauce, fresh veggies, only extra virgin olive oil used. Low sodium and low acidity. Gluten free and vegan options.
They are using open kitchen restaurants style which makes customers really feel confident.
Food quality was great with a moderate price range.
Service was fast, and the owner and his wife were super friendly and super helpful in advising what to choose from their menu.
Also it was easy to find parking there.
