Everyone knows that Chick-fil-A sets the standard when it comes to fast food quality, taste, and customer service in the form of courtesy, professionalism, and politeness. When it comes to this particular Roanoke Rapids location, the food was on point! No issues with it whatsoever! However, the professionalism, courtesy, and politeness of the staff was SERIOUSLY lacking. Without going into specifics because I do not care to bash them via this format, some refresher training may be in order. I briefly spoke to the manager about her employee and can only hope that corrective action was taken.

I love Chick-fil-A, but tonight’s experience in Roanoke Rapids was pitiful, embarrassing really. Very slow service after getting my order wrong AND waiting 15 minutes for the wrong food. Then, waiting another 10 minutes for cookies. Very dirty dining room and bathrooms. Trash on the floor with lots of dirty tables and bunches of extra employees standing around arguing about some order gone wrong at the drive through.

Everyone here was courteous and polite. Especially our server, Collin. He was very kind to me and my family and offered my daughter a coupon for a free dessert. The dessert was a cookie which was fresh just like the food. Good job Collin and all staff

Slowest and most inefficient chick filet I have ever been to, and if you go to chick filet you know that is saying something because they are typically incredibly ran operations.
This store had minimal staff, stacked lines, and would run 10-15 cars from the left line, then 10-15 from the right line, and in all the drive through took well over 15 minutes. We finally got our food and were trapped in the line of 10-15 cars for several more minutes.

We made a last minute decision to pull off I-95 to take a quick break for lunch at this Chick-Fil-A. We were satisfied with every aspect of the restaurant, the service received, and our food that we enjoyed. The only criticism I have is its location. For nothbound travelers, getting off and crossing back under the highway and back down the service road is a very slow process. Every traffic light cycle is painfully long and during peak times, the traffic makes it slower. Then it’s slow getting rolling again after eating to get back northbound on I-95. I’ll stop here again if I’m headed south, but if I’m northbound, I’ll check to see what my choices are to the right of the highway.

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always hot and fresh, and the workers are always polite and helpful. My order is always right, and I never have to wait long. The restaurant is clean, and everyone there works hard to give great service.

Only Chick-fil-A I’ve been to where the cashiers non existent inside and without any communication to the customer. I waited in line with two cashiers and the one just wobbled away from the register as I approached and I waited for her to return but two other customers went to the next register before me then I decided to move to that person who said nothing to me. I waited on my order as I watched this other person waiting in the line without a cashier in site for quite some time. The drive thru was wrapped around the building as usual. Very little wait for my food only 5 minutes.

I just love the whole ambiance of Chic Fil-A. They treat us customers like we matter. Theyre all so polite and it goes beyond mere words for them; its radiated from within. The service is always excellent, the food is always hot and fresh and always served with a smile, no matter if its drive thru or inside.
