I honestly don’t know why I keep coming to this location, I guess bc its convenient for me on my way to work. Seems like there is always an issue with my order and I order different items. They are either out of items, make it wrong, or the pastry is stale and taste days old. I ordered a cinnamon roll and when I received it, it was rock hard, muffins were flat, etc. I think im finally done with this location, and if they don’t start correcting their mistakes or management, location will not last.

They never quit get my order correct. Maybe I’m just complicated. I like a triple shot traditional espresso macchiato. Literally 3 shots of espresso with a dollop of frothed milk. I even ask them to put it in the smallest cup. Almost everytime I get a dang latte in a tall cup. It’s filled with milk, after I instruct them nicely to just add a dollop. Sometimes I have them remake with implicit instructions and somehow it’s still full of milk. The staff are very friendly, but I feel like they don’t really listen to the customer. I’ve started to just order the espresso, so as not to go through the trouble. The espresso is very good though. The cold brew is strong and tasty as well.

They’re drinks are really good, but if your in a rush, go somewheres else! Every time i’ve been here, there’s one car in the drive thru, and they take at least 10 minutes just to take your order! The drinks are great, but work on picking up the pace!

This location needs some improvements.. I have come regularly for a while (usually a couple times a week) and almost every trip here seems to have some sort of issue. There’s no consistency. I have ordered different breakfast sandwiches on numerous occasions and they’ll be ice cold in the middle. Employees rushing orders out or a problem with your process? On my way to work, I don’t have time to turn around and have them fix it. This is a regular occurrence. I feel like if I order food, I shouldn’t have to go heat it up in a microwave for it to be edible. Not sure what’s up with their order taking system but many times I get to the window and they’ll repeat someone else’s order back to me or don’t have my order recorded at all and they’ll have me reorder at the window. Don’t even attempt to DoorDash or get delivery from this location. I have had missing items every time I have tried. A couple of the staff are great but many could stand to be friendlier. Some are downright rude. I’ve given this location way too many chances because the coffee really is great and the rewards system is one of the best, but I’ve finally given up and will go elsewhere. You just don’t know what quality you’ll get each time and I can’t justify spending money on that.

I keep giving this location another chance hoping it would get better..well it still hasn’t. I probably spend too much on coffee and PJs is my go-to but this location has been awful since the beginning. NO consistency whatsoever…none. Yesterday my cold brew tasted like iced down milk and I am paying for coffee not ice. Hate to be that person ranting but it’s that bad truly!! These employees need quality control training so this location can reach it’s potential..you have no competition in this area..truly a shame!

A WEEK of the same issues. Tried to give them a chance going into a new week, nope, same issues! Thought it may have been the Superbowl pressure …no, because now the Superbowl is over. The constant calling “customer service” to not only have the same mishaps but a different set of problems the next day is CRAZY! Mind you this has been EVERYDAY! How do you get a delivery & the next morning you still don’t have the items available??? I’ve NEVER had these issues at the PJ’s in Covington!!!

My husband and I came to this location Saturday afternoon. 2 young women baristas were working at this location at our visit. We walked in the lobby and was greeted with a smile and very professional. The lobby was so clean and these 2 young females were working hard. They catered to our needs , also told us about new flavors that PJs has at the moment. They recommended a few other options also and were very detailed at explaining the options. My husband and I decided to stay and drink our coffee because the atmosphere was wonderful! We then went and sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful afternoon! This location also offers a drive thru in case you have to grab in go! I HIGHLY recommend this location and we will be back for sure ! Thank you again to those wonderful females that were working hard that afternoon, they made our visit so Pleasant and for that we will be back to this location ! Great job PJS!
